The Paper Store — Local services in Beverly

I have been at this store many times and always treated beautifully which I was until at 8:24 when we were checking out. Knowing the store closed at 830. Prior to that at 8:10 we were harassed by this one person saying to stop shopping and bring items to register. They were closing. It was 8;10.. Upon checking out the attitude was intense from the same person we wer checking out at register with still 5 mins before store was suppose to close. I spent 188.00 and couldn't be credited for my points. She was so rude and so in a rush I have never been treated...

Very disappointed in our experience with their ear piercing services. I had stopped in weeks before our experience to verify when we could bring my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. They replied any day any time, no appointment necessary. So we came in a few weeks later, my daughter very excited for her ears to get pierced, only to be told ear piercing was unavailable. I would not recommend this store for ear piercing until they straighten out their ear...

I cant believe I was 3rd in line at the back register and watched the 2 people in front of me be helped and then cashier closed register and left me standing there. I asked her if she was kidding me and she said she was in a different department never telling me she was closing and I know she saw me waiting.
