We stayed at this hotel because we are hilton honors and the hotel is brand new. The room has a long hall way with clothes rack in the wall we're you can hang your jacket and hand bags. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. I notice there are bag of screws and bolt left in the drawers probably from the crew since the property is not fully complete yet. But the property is good choice in Big bear once everything is complete. Now the bad part my husband had some unpleasant run in with the staff. First one was when he ask someone in the front desk about the nescafe machine if it was open instead of answering yes or no she question my husband if his guest or a worker there, he said guest and she told him it's open 24/7, when my husband told me this I found it funny in the beginning, he didn't find it funny tho, I understand that since my husband is Hispanic origin and I am Asian. I saw alot of construction worker who are Hispanic too so the lady probably assume that he is one. Now the second one was when we came down for breakfast around 630a thinking it already started, the lady who's manning the station has a rude tone and told us that the breakfast starts at 7am we understand and went back to the room, even tho we saw a couple of people already eating and decide to stay. We came back again at 650am and the place was bustling probably more than 20 people in the dining area already eating. When my husband was looking at the array of food the same worker lady came up to him again and told him "oh your here again aren't you to early and my husband said I'm just looking then she said that she made an announcement in the speaker that breakfast start at 7am. We'll we were in our room so we didn't hear the announcement. But what is the point of her conversation to him again with her insulting tone and specifically coming up to him. This time my husband got really upset and felt that he was singled out, my husband is not timid his in the marine so this time he gave a piece of his mind to this lady, one of the guest butt in to their conversation and trying to defend the lady and my husband is not having it. When he reach the table when I was sitting down I told him to just let it go but when he was about to leave Anna the manager there tried to talk to my husband because the worker lady and the guy who tried to butt in complaint to Anna about my husband and Anna want the side of his story after the conversation he had with Anna she apologized for what happen and she will try to waive our room fees. I'm only giving it a 4 start because we like the room, the property is new and Anna did the right thing in this situation she handle this excellently and assure us that she will speak to the staff so this doesn't happen again. Train your staff better, don't let them assume things since it leads to misunderstanding. Have them treat everyone equally not just the color of their skin no one deserve to be racially profiled remind them that anyone can be a guest in this hotel so treat them with courtesy and hospitality.

Newly built, 3-story hotel in Big Bear, off Big Bear Blvd. Home2 Suites, their sister company, also offers suites in the same building for extended stays. Their parking lot is not visible from the main road and is behind the hotel, off Summit Blvd. Breakfast is included but parking is $20 per night. They are conveniently located across the street from Snow Summit - they should partner up for a shuttle service for patrons of both! This hotel is very family-centric and pet-friendly. They feature Disney movie nights as well as offer complimentary nachos and s'mores in the evenings. But, our room was nothing special and we had no view of the lake or mountains. Walls aren't paper thin but you'll hear your neighbors from time to time. Pillows are super flat and the hot water doesn't get hot at all 🥶 Housekeeping was also very poor. I found an old, withered contact lens on the floor in my room. They also took all of our used towels but didn't restock anything even though we were staying for multiple nights ⁉️ We called their housekeeping line, that nobody picked up, before calling the front desk and waiting an hour for some towels. Their seating area for breakfast is also too small - it gets so packed on the weekends and their trash bins were completely overflowing. Overall, it's OK for Big Bear accommodations but thought it'd be better. Not sure I'd rebook.

We stayed 10/5-10/9 and can attest to all the comments about the cleanliness of this hotel property. Front desk personnel were terrific. Breakfast had something for everyone in a spacious, bright and open dining area. ||We travel with an adventure kitty and Hilton is generous with allowing cats not just dogs. This particular hotel restricts pets to first floor rooms. We were fine with that and always appreciate the Hilton pet policy. ||The room was very clean and had what we needed. The fridge was silent! The king bed was so comfortable that had it not been for wanting to get out in the fresh mountain air, we could have stayed in the bed!||Our room (113) was on the side of the building that abuts the adjacent trailer park. Photo shows the area better than anything on the web. The room was quiet! Never heard other people. Slight road traffic from Big Bear Blvd that the windows handled well. Though it got down to the low 30s, those windows kept us warm and we didn't need to use the heater. Awesome.||The hotel has a large outdoor courtyard with fire pits, chairs of all types. ||Interior spaces have modern aesthetic with lots of seating areas. ||The property is connected to Hilton's Home2Suites and they share amenities. It's is just down the street from Snow Summit for those who take to the slopes.||Location is great! We spent our time out in nature by the lake and marsh, walking the trails and taking in the beautify. Easy to pop back in at the hotel for wherever we needed, a snack, nap or whatever and head back out. ||As for the S'mores? One bag per person per night...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Home2 Suites, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly front desk staff who made the check-in process quick and seamless. Their genuine hospitality set the tone for my entire stay.

The suite itself was incredibly comfortable and well-appointed. I appreciated the spacious layout, which made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare light meals and snacks during my stay. The bed was overall great– soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

One of the highlights of my visit was the common areas. The lobby was inviting and cozy, with plenty of seating options to relax or work. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of choices, from fresh fruit to hearty breakfast sandwiches. It was a wonderful way to start the day.

Additionally, the hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I appreciated the convenience of free parking and the on-site laundry facilities, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Overall, my experience at Hilton Home2 Suites was fantastic. The combination of comfort, friendly service, and thoughtful amenities made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing place to stay. I can't wait to return on...
