Tara from Carelinc of Big Rapids, didn't get my order for a hospital bed until Monday night after they were already closed. I called 845 Tuesday morning, Tara answered again. She said she did get the order when she came in this morning and had put someone on it, insurance issues. Being mildly desperate for this bed, as I had not slept properly since last Thursday at the hospital after spine surgery, I respectfully asked if she had a timeline, hours, days a week, until it would be processed, told her how I hadnt slepy and again was desperate. She said, very very kindly, well just hang on one minute for me. She was gone for a bit and then came back. She said that because she has everything she needs including the surgeon and my Home Health Care signed off on it, there was zero reason to make me wait JUST because of paperwork that WILL go through. She said she was going to send someone out ASAP with the bed so I could rest tonight. I thanked her one side and down the other, and she told that this is her job to help and make people feel better. The phone conversations ended at 915 and by 1030, carelic was at my door with my hospital bed. I will NEVER go anywhere else for medical equipment or supplies. I have had great experiences in the past with this company but my powerchair broke on June 30th and I have called and told them repeatedly it is now August first and still Noone has showed up..I only go outside in the summer and have been inside in a yardsale wheelchair I bought, since June 30th..I am missing my freedom because of paperwork? Completely disappointed 😥 It is now September 6th and they brought my chair back and said it was fixed..the tilt was rebuilt but the main controller was still beeping and when I woke up this morning it won't drive so here we go again.. I cannot believe this.. it's like a bunch of 3 yr Olds running this .. Stop sending emails and waiting for this person to respond and pick up the phone and talk to each other! This is absolutely unacceptable! Too many chiefs and not enough Indians! I'm pissed! I have to live in a chair you don't! Do better!!!!! June 30th to September 7th and I'm still broke down! On Christmas Eve day my family drove south two hours to spend Christmas with my brother when we discovered that my mother was missing a connector for her oxygen tubing. We called the big pharmacies and they suggested trying CareLinc.

I called CareLinc around 2:55pm. They had one, but they closed at 3pm. I explained our situation and the wonderful ladies there said they would stay open long enough for me to pick one up. When I got to the store they greeted me with warm smiles and gave me the connector free of charge, with a "Merry Christmas!"
