Eh. When you sign up for rewards, the next time you come back (at least for me) they dont have it in they're system. Theres other things i dont like, too. Its all just frustrating for me. Like the last time i was there, (i stopped going after this) the cashier was very rude and pushy, and i called her out for a very insulting remark towards me and the person i was with, and there was a line. They all heard. She refused to let the person i aas with see the manager and i called her out for that, too. They're supposed to let the customer see anything they want. Customer service. Its very frustrating. I dont recomend...

This is an excellent facility that's opened around the clock. It doesn't matter what time it is, a friendly staff person is always there in case you need some sort of assistance. The tanning beds, hydro tables, and massage chairs are top notch! There is something for everyone to enjoy while getting your workout on here. FYI... Don't let all the cars in the parking lot scare you off like they almost did me the first time. Even though it looks busy, there is plenty of space, equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, etc...

I stopped in for my normal pet food purchase and while I was in Elizabeth asked if there was anything should could help with. She and others ended up helping with several items and clearing up some club member questions. She called me back the next day to confirm the issues where handled. I am impressed with the willingness to help and follow up.
