Sunday night my wife and I arrive with our 2 kids. We tell the host we have 4. She goes to seat us but there was a group of 3 waiting in front of us so I said "they were here first" hostess acknowledges and seats them, a group of 6 walks in behind us. Host seats us and the group of 6. Server immediately goes up and takes group of 6 order. I've been in the industry for a while (almost 20 years) and I just think, how about that group of 3 first (smaller group) or us (we have 2 kids) but no big deal the table of 6 can go first. 20 minutes later our server has said nothing to us yet, I notice the group of 3 has not been greeted either, and the group of 6 has no drinks yet. At about 30 minutes the server comes over to us (does not apologize at all) asks if she can take our drink order. We ask for 4 waters, she asks if we know what we want to eat. We order our appetizer ask if the kids food can come out at the same time then order our mains. 20 minutes later we still have no water. I notice the group of 3 walks out (NEVER EVEN GREETED) shortly after she walks up to us and says "I'll go get your water" again no apology or explanation. Water shows up a few minutes later, then our appetizer comes out she says "I told the kitchen to do the kids food at the same time but they didn't" and she walks away. First bite of our appetizer is cold. (probably sat in the window) a couple minutes later a different server brings our mains out (haven't had much time to put a dent in the cold appetizer) and our kids still have no food. Server 2 notices a bit of surprise on our faces and asks if we're missing anything. I say yes our kids never got their food, she leaves and brings our kids food back. Anyway we can finally eat after over an hour. Server never comes back, my wife just needs a refill, server never checks if the food is good, never asks if we want another drink, none of that stuff. When she does finally arrive she asks if we need anything, sure a refill and now some boxes. She disappears a little while longer than comes over and asks if we want anything else, we get the check, and leave. Our server never once apologized for anything, she never checked on us, she never explained any reasoning for being so inefficient and terrible at the job. My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars at BWW over the years, we used to spend every weekend there in our 20's. Since the pandemic we have only had 1 good experience every other one has been sub par, but this was the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. I don't know if we'll ever consider Buffalo Wild Wings again. No manager checking on tables, no one was visibly in charge even if we did want to do anything about it while we were there. Read moreWe stopped at this location, we were a party of 6, two adults and 4 kids. We ordered 3 kids meals (2 wing meals and a tender meal), an order of mozzarella sticks, the American burger (minus tomato and onion and sub the mayo for their hatche chili aioli), and wings with dry rub. We spent an hour and 17 minutes there of which most of it was waiting. Our server didn't come back to check on us at all. The chicken tenders my 6 year old son couldn't bite through, my burger had mayo on it with a side dish of the aioli. As I'm questioning this she tells me "oh, they put some on the burger already and a side of it" I reply with, "you can obviously tell these are not the same and this is regular mayo". And she just says "oh, yah". Please dont blatantly lie to me to try to cover up a mistake instead of being honest and/or trying to make it right. Only one of my husband's order of wings were dry rub the other sauce. She never came back to check on us until the very end to where we couldn't ask for refills, napkins, etc. When bringing the 3 dishes up that were wrong/inedible, she replys with "what would you like me to do". Why are we having to tell them what to do instead of them offering up solutions or fix mistakes? My husband at this time also frustrated with the wait, lack of attention and wrong orders just replys with, just comp the tenders and that will be fine. Another long wait for our bill and finally she shows up. Her manager has to see the chicken and look it over before she will comp it. Hand over the chicken. Again Another long wait to get our bill. Finally comes out again. Apologizes for the wait and mishaps and blames it all on the kitchen and her table of 4 inside that are just unbearable. So we get neglected bc you have one table that is needy besides us? No accountability. I've worked in the restaurant industry as a cook, food runner and server, so this complaint doesn't come lightly. I'm usually one to back up restaurant workers. Read moreWe were there on Wednesday August 2nd in the afternoon. Hardly anyone there. It was seat yourself. So we sat down, it was just two of us. And waited. Watched another couple come in and seated. And we still waited. Finally our waitress came and introduced herself as Nicki. She took our drink order. And we waited and waited some more.Finally Niki came back asked if we wanted am appetizer yes we did a pretzel with cheese appetizer on it I asked for no seasoning. And we waited. And we waited a lot longer the couple that came in after us they had their food already. And the family that came in after they did sat right next to us ahead had their order in!!!! So I had an irate hubby by then, so I got up saw one woman I said that we wanted to know if Niki had went home and didn't let anyone know..S he said that she was still there. So I then told her what was happening she went off to search for Niki. So now after a few minutes she appears with appetizer in hand nice and very hot. Trying to tell us that it took so long because they had to cook the pretzel balls twice cause they put seasoning k them which we might have believed but it was on bottom of basket Then she proceeded to ask if we were ready to order. I told her we been ready but she didn't come back . So NIKI THEN HAS THE NERVE TO TELL US " WELL I'M HERE NOW". LOOK I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU WANT PEOPLE LIKE HER WORKING FOR YOU BUT YOU JUST GO ON WITH HER CAUSE WE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN UP AND LEFT BUT HE WAS HUNGRY. IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN BECAUSE WE WILL NOT BE BACK. OH AND NIKKI I HOPE YOU DIDN'T SPEND THAT $1.00 ONE DOLLAR TIP YOUR GONNA NEED TO SAVE ALL YOU CAN CAUSE YOU WON'T BE MAKING A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY WITH YOUR ATTITUDE. OH AND I FORGOT WE WANTED BLU CHEESE AND CELERY WITH OUR WINGS AND THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE OUT OF CELERY!!!!!
