TSB Liquors store — Local services in Big Spring

Had been here a few times and had always had a great experience, but the last time wasn’t so great. Some man (assuming the owner), was downright rude and disrespectful from the time I walked in. He started mimicking me when I said hi to him and then he started asking personal questions and asked if I “was sure I wanted to be drinking.” Seriously?! Who does that? Then proceeds to ask if I had the amount for the purchase (again, really? Why would I even be in there to buy something without any money? Lol.) Asked if I wanted my change back, didn’t give a receipt or a bag, just said to put product in my pocket and it will “be okay.” I should’ve just left the moment he started acting a fool....

This place is a joke!!! Went and bought a bottle of Don Julio. The sticker under the bottle said 45 bucks. I noticed later on the receipt that they charged me 59.99. When I went back to explain the situation the man said oh sorry that was a mistake but would not give me the difference. He said that they have to honor the price on the computer. All he did was rip up the tag that said 45 dollars!! This happens at other establishments all the time and they honor the price on the tag for you then fix their mistake. I have been to this location twice very impress with little liquor store. I had got 3 Climax for the hubby and hes says not bad price for his bud. The a lot mini shots they are reasonable price. The cigs are the cheapest in town where I have been. Anyways they are kept up with this place. When we were there they order some more Climax! Lol perfect customer service asked we needed ice and see we needed help. Love this...
