Not sure why Google has two different accounts listed for the same business location, so I'll leave my review on this one as well. Seriously reconsider taking your kids here. We brought our 5-year-old nephew for his birthday and had our 14-month-old son with us as well. Our nephew was very excited to go down the big slide and went for that immediately. For whatever reason, there were no employees at the top of the slide to make sure the kids can access it safely, which is crazy because the last "step" before the slide is a 16" high metal ledge with no rails or padding. There were two employees talking to each other, not paying attention, at the zipline and one at the trapeze (both of which have large cushioned areas below them). My nephew fell trying to climb up to the slide and started screaming. After 30 seconds of trying to get the employee's attention, one of them finally went up to check on him and brought him down to me. He had a cut on his leg about an inch long and was actively bleeding. When I asked about a first aid kit, the employee pointed towards the entrance and walked away. I brought him to my wife and asked another employee near us for the first-aid kit. He returned with a single band-aid. By the time I got back from the first aid kit with gauze, antiseptic wipes, and the proper size bandage, his cut had already bled through the first bandage. After he was taken care of, I asked to talk to the manager, Garrett. We had been there for less than 2 minutes when he got hurt, and I was obviously not going to let them go back and play, so I asked if we could just get a refund. Garrett told me that, despite being the general manager, he was not authorized to give refunds and I would have to wait for a third-party company that deals with "issues like this" to contact me at a later date. I asked for the number for said company and Garrett said he did not have it. When I asked further questions, Garrett changed his story to "he's not supposed to give refunds", then it went back to him not being able to at all. I asked who I could speak to, and he said the owner. When I asked for the owner's contact info, Garrett refused on the basis that "they don't want their contact info being given out". Garrett did offer to give me his business card though, so I could contact him. When I asked how that would help, because I was talking to him right now, he just looked confused. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and I was told no. Then Garrett offered to "try" to find the contact info for the unnamed third-party company that might contact me later. After waiting 20 more minutes, I contacted the non-emergency number for the local police, so there would actually be a report of the incident and it wouldn't all disappear as soon as I left. Magically, as soon as I mentioned calling the police, not only did Garrett remember that he had a district manager, but the district manager authorized him to process our refund. It's very telling that as soon as police are mentioned, they're able to fix things quickly to avoid any reports being made. I would also like to add that nobody employed there seemed to have any first aid/EMR training and nobody stopped to clean the steps or even see if there was still blood on them. They do make you sign a waiver before letting you in, but they can't waive all liability by having someone sign a form, and even if they could, it wouldn't...
Read moreI love this place! The prices are reasonable. It has a wide variety of awesome attractions. The general manager, Tammy and the event coordinator, Quentin are super professional, very knowledgeable and have such great work ethic overall. I love how they have little leapers program. It's designed for just toddler's time. I have a 3 and 7 year old. This place is great to burn out their energy. Party room 1 is down stairs if you don't want to deal with the stairs. The other 4 party sections are upstairs. You can see the entire park upstairs. There are stairs in the front AND the back. The 4 section party area is very open. They do have a rule of no glitter, confetti or tape that would tear off their paint for party time. Currently they have a no outside food policy. In the refuel area, I've notice they had expanded their menu since the 1st day they had opened. Along with a slight change in the attraction area, which I think is a great change. There are still a few other changes I'm hoping for in the future.... handicap access to upstairs, a possible different fencing or added net for upstairs to keep food and other things from going over, a bigger or more variety ground-floor area for toddler's play. 1st opening hour or school time is best for the little ones. Weekends and glow nights get way too overcrowded, overwhelming and dirty quickly due to the crowd of acted out teenagers. As for the parties time, they can get very crowded and back to back scheduled out, especially weekends. Just like how a busy restaurant work... employees gotta clean one table to set the next in a timely manner. So I can understand it may feel rush but that just how things work on a busy booked out day. Other than that, this place is great for all ages for a good burn out energy fun. Oh and another note, I was told, they have a changing table for your babies in both restroom. Female AND MALE....
Read moreTheir admission is more expensive than the other trampoline parks & smaller. They barely even have trampolines. It's mainly other "attractions" that there is a line for because most are one person at a time. $20 for 90 min jump doesn't include socks either & they are the only trampoline park that requires you to buy their socks even if you already have other trampoline socks. I was told other ones can't be used because "they don't say sky zone on them" & it's a legal issue, despite seeing several other people with Altitude or even just plain socks on. Teenagers were running around cursing. Employees were jumping and doing flips while parents had to use the tools meant for employees to be able to get the trapeze bar and swings for their kids. Adults were also on these bars/swings using them incorrectly while employees socialized nearby. When asked for manager, they had to go find him. He was in the back office with 3 other employees. He came out for about 15 seconds and then never saw him come out again for about an hour, plus however long he'd been in there already before we got there. It was also dirty with visible dust, trash, hair, and crumbs on the floor and trampolines. Just seems like the ones socializing/flipping and in the office could have attended to any of the supposed "legal issues", safety issues, and cleanliness of...
