Went here again - there were a pair of jeans on sale - but sizes were not what we needed. They had three pairs on pants dummies - all of which were the size we needed. We ask that one pair be taken down from display. The sales clerk became highly uncooperative and rude. We asked to talk to the manager. The clerk spent ten minutes talking with the manager whose demeanor became unpleasant.

When the manager finally addressed the situation he claimed the district manager for ade them to sell the display items.

The manager told one of our party to "Get over it."

Lee Jeans can stay where they are for this shopping trip and the coming holiday too!

I had an unfortunate experience in this store. I had stopped in your store with my family to purchase some goods. We had a generally nice time moving through the store and seeing the offerings you had. Before we arrived at the counter to pay we removed all the hangers from the 30 to 40 items we were purchasing – ranging from children’s clothes to adults. My wife was asked by the cashier if she had any discounts or coupons and my wife presented a coupon which said that it was provided by a friend. The cashier asked if my wife had an account. My wife said, ‘No.’ and the cashier said they normally need an account. My wife brought it to the clerk’s attention that the coupon was marked as being from or for a friend. The clerk asked the clerk next to her and the clerk muttered something in response. It was at this time that another clerk, named Tonya became involved. The clerk my wife was working with said, ‘I can call my manager.’ Tonya said in a low and angry tone, ‘I wouldn’t do that. We’re not supposed to do that.’ The clerk my wife was working with said, ‘We can sign you up if you like but we’re not supposed to do this with the coupon.’ The clerk then asked a series of questions which included first name, last name, home address, telephone number, email address and some other item. All during this Tonya was paying close attention to what was going on. As we moved on to having the clerk ring up the purchases (finally) that clerk called for another customer to step forward. That clerk asked her if she had an account, discounts or coupons. The woman said she had none of those things. That clerk then told her that it was okay, she would enter in the store code to provide the discount. Tonya carried out the rest of the interaction with an angry air and punched the numbers into the computer to allow the woman, who had one garment, to be able to pass through the payment process easily, though she had to suffer the poor customer service by provided by the clerk. We finished our transaction and left. I want to bring out to you that we were on a family excursion. The rest of trip in the area was happy and uneventful. We were doing holiday shopping. I hope the next time I return to the area and to VF, if I do, that I don’t recall what happened in the store in front of over 50 customers. If I do recall it I likely won’t shop...

If only it was closer to Metro Detroit. Having a 34" inseam means I'm so tall I have to shop at the outlet stores for pants, etc. Most 'normal' stores don't ever stock that length. Even here at the outlet we found only 6 pairs in the entire store with that inseam and my waist size. Fortunately, 5 were on the irregular rack. Seems appropriate, I'm definitely irregularly sized. (That sounds wrong). But irregular means way cheaper, under $15/pair today. And shorts were on sale so, to avoid a 90 minute drive up again, I added a few pairs. The all-female staff (at least when I visited) was pleasant and helpful. I was out the door in under 30 minutes. Took longer because I had to try some on. (That's how guys...

VF Outlet has a good selection of clothes. But the prices could be better for being called an Outlet store. I was able to find a pair of pants that was the same price as it is on VF.com, if it weren’t for the discount coupon they were offering, it wouldn’t be worth it getting it from them.
