I took a return for an online order to this store a few weeks ago. When I checked my return status online, it said 2 items weren't returned. I knew for a fact that I had returned them, but I had lost the receipt and could not prove it! Customer support told me there was nothing they could do.
That's obviously frustrating, but Chloe (pretty sure that was her name) just changed this review from a 1-star to a 5-star.
I called the store, and Chloe did some FBI-level sleuthing and was able to confirm that I DID give them those items. Leave it to a woman to find receipts! If it weren't for Chloe, I would be out $300.
