When we arrived there were like five other tables filled, we should have known then and left. If you aren’t filled on a Saturday night there’s a problem. The atmosphere was not good. We just watched a girl fling around tablecloths covering tables and cleaning glasses. We saw what we think was a female manager walk by numerous times but she never talked to us or asked us how our food was. I was hopefully when our waiter finally came to the table. (8 minutes after we sat down) He was a really nice guy, made suggestions and brought refills fast. But the food, oh man..the food. My husbands salad did not look fresh. He got a Caesar salad and said it was not good. He also got lobster bisque soup and said it was ok. (His exact words were it’s ok but it’s not Bricktops quality) For our meal, My husband got lobster and a filet and I got a filet too. I asked for medium well and my filet looked raw in the middle I was shocked. After waiting an hour for it I didn’t want to wait any longer or have them take it to the back and throw it in a microwave. I tried to eat all the corners but they were not even cooked all the way AND I hit grizzle/fat corners. I have never gone to a steak restaurant and had fat/grizzle on my filet. So I didn’t eat it and the waiter didn’t even ask why. ((That was the only thing bad I can say about him)) my husband ate his lobster and said it was good but he didn’t eat his steak, had two bites and went.. nope. I had read reviews about the lava cake and really wanted to try it. Once it finally came it looked good but wasn’t cooked right, it was like someone smacked some cookie batter or pudding on a plate. Ate a few bites of it and just asked for our check. $300 for our meal.. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS and we left semi full only because we ate two loafs of sourdough bread with their garlic butter waiting on our food to come. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. We love to fine dine and have a lot of favorites on 280 and wanted to try something new. We were really hopeful but with Bricktops, Perry’s and Ruth’s Chris so close we will never return here.

It was our anniversary and I wanted someplace nice to celebrate. It was only recently that I learned that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar was part of the Blooming Brands (Outback, Bone Fish, and Carrabbas's Italian Grill. A upscale alternative to Outback and in my opinion better than Ruth Chris. Using Open Table I booked a 5:45 pm reservation. Upon arriving we were seated at a booth which had been nicely decorated with confetti and a card with happy anniversary on it. Our server Greg quickly introduced himself and promptly took our drink order and brought us some bread and butter. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as our appetizer. The shrimp were jumbo and the cocktail sauce was freshly made. I highly recommend this appetizer. I switched up and ordered the Scottish Salmon with sautéed mushrooms and my wife stayed with her petite filet and a side of Fleming’s potatoes. It took a little while for our order to show up but the manager came by twice to check on us and said our entrées were coming. It wasn’t that long of a wait but after the appetizer and bread it was better anyway. The Salmon was delicious and my wife’s petite filet was perfectly cooked and the Fleming’s potatoes were superb. We ordered the Chocolate Lava cake and that was excellent too! It does take them a few minutes to get this dessert ready and if you have any allergies to nuts you will want to have them leave the pistachios off. We will definitely be back as the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The bar look very inviting and there are booths with a panoramic view of the restaurant just perfect for date night.

Took my fiancé here for his birthday yesterday as it was his 1st time and let's say the overall experience for what you pay for was underwhelming. The time of day we went which was 3:15 was nowhere near crowded but the way service started you would've thought every table was seated with guests. The hostess was flustered and told us to wait to be seated, probably bc another patron who was dining alone had just complained about her service. We waited not too long but unnecessarily bc the guy who seated us was standing right next to her talking about the issue the other guest had. After being seated our waiter Chace came and was helpful at first but as time progressed his service was lacking. My baked potato was cold. Had to request a new one once I could get him to come back to our table. Then when a new one was brought back it wasn't right. Had to flag another waiter down to find our waiter to bring me the missing item form my potato. Taht took a while to get. The tomahawk steak is just a steak big enough for 1 person in terms of portions, so when we're told it would be enough for 2 people we were told wrong. Then ordered dessert and was told it had to cook but was on it way out...must've been coming from HWY 119 bc it took forever. If they couldn't handle the few tables (4) at the time were there, how will they handle Mother's Day...? Save your time and money for a better experience at Perry's.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience for an anniversary dinner on 12/27/22. We arrived slightly early for a 7 PM reservation and were seated promptly - that would be the first and last prompt service we’d receive.

Our server, while attentive and more cheery with the larger parties around us, was cold and disinterested in our party of two. He took our orders but needed to be constantly reminded of a few requests we had - a soft drink ordered, lemons for water, and extra bread.

Our salads came quickly, but it would be 8:15 PM (over an hour after ordering) that our steaks would come out. We were famished at this point, but soon found that our steak temperatures had been switched, leaving us with an overdone NY strip and undercooked filet.

Because our waiter was too busy with larger parties to check on us, we had to waive down another waiter to inform him of the mixup. After he went to get our waiter, we weren’t offered an apology for the mixup, but were simply asked if we wanted him to “re-fire them” for us. We said yes, sensing the meal was going downhill from here, but ate our sides while waiting.

The steaks came back out 10 minutes later. The previously undercooked (and already sliced) filet had clearly been reheated and the new NY strip was clearly hurriedly cooked and came out far more rare. At this point, close to an hour and a half into the meal, we were just ready to finish and get home. I figured I could use the NY strip for steak & eggs the following day.

We packed up most of the steak, after waiting for a to-go box for several minutes even after our waiter delivered them to other (larger) tables that requested them after we did, ate dessert (which was good - cheesecake and lava cake), paid, and left.

Living in an area that is highly tourist-dependent and primarily service focused, we try to give the benefit of the doubt to servers when things aren’t up to snuff - perhaps they had a long day, have something weighing on them, or may just be having a rough night. Unfortunately in this case, we saw that we just weren’t as valuable as the parties around us to our waiter. We’d heard great things about Fleming’s and were excited to try it, but spending $150+ (pre-tip) for service you’d expect from a Texas Roadhouse leaves a bad taste...

Last night I attended a birthday celebration for my in laws. Our waiter's name was Daniel. As he's going around the table getting everyone's order, he eventually gets me. I ordered the Fleming's Salad. He starred at me for a while and asked was that it. I said yes and handed him the menu. He then said, "Oh I'm sorry to hear that." "Looks like Burger King is going to be on your menu tonight." Others at the table heard the "Burger King" part but missed the other half of the conversation. So my boyfriend went to the front to speak to the manager. 10 minutes later, the manager by the name of William comes over to the table to apologize. He said the waiter's personality is that he trys to joke but it comes off offensive. Dinner will be on us tonight. He later came back with two $50 gift cards. Out of all the years I've eaten at Fleming's, that was the worse experience I've EVER had at a restaurant in my life. I would have rather found toe nails in my food then to sit there and be low key insulted by a waiter. His comment was offensive and his joke came across as if I couldn't afford a meal at Fleming's but let me tell you something. You dont know who knows who and the simple fact that the manager stood there and defended the waiters rude behavior clearly shows that the management and staff all needs to be replaced. I can afford whatever I want. No one should feel the way I felt on last night. And furthermore, I'm only suppose to eat certain foods due to my health. You cant buy me with a $50 gift card. I will make sure I get either a public apology or that the waiter and manager is replaced. That behavior is unacceptable......PERIOD! If I could, I would rate the service and experience that displayed last night a...
