I had the absolute best time shopping for outfits for my honeymoon here. Ella helped me the entire time I was there, and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. Ella made my experience here a 100/10. I felt like an actual princess by the way she took care of me and pulled the cutest outfits, and felt like her best friend before I left the store. People like Ella are the ones that are hard to find, but make the customer’s experiences top tier and memorable. She was an excellent listener, helper, and my experience would not have been the same without her. I don’t even live in Birmingham but I want to go back to this store the next time I’m passing through just because of how fun and special of a time I had here. I hope Ella gets to read this review and that she knows how much I appreciate her and how she helped me feel so stylish on my honeymoon! I love this store. They are always so nice but aren’t following me around the whole store. They are super helpful! They were exceptionally nice to me today even when I came in 20 minutes before close. I used to work at a boutique and I know how it is, I try not to go into places within 30 minutes of closing but I really needed to find a dress. I know it can be frustrating having people come in that late and I always try to hurry. They were so kind, never rushed me, and when I told them I was going to be fast, they told me not to rush and to take my time. (April 2022) When I first arrived at LT to shop for my niece’s birthday, I was so pleasantly surprised at the hospitable environment that was so elegantly displayed in front of me. I spoke with the Manager of the summit location, Shania, she helped me find the perfect gift for my niece and also showed me around to some other niché things she said my niece was sure to love after Shania asked incredibly important context questions.
