Arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday. We needed a reservation to be seated even though the place was almost empty. There are literally only 3 people working so you can imagine that it took entirely too long to receive things like drinks, hookah, and food once more people started showing up. The renovations and decor look cheap and nothing like the Atlanta locations. There was no DJ and instead just a playlist that was playing super outdated songs. The wait was so long that I just asked for all my food to go and didn’t even finish my hookah nor drink. We asked for our bill which came up to $182. They nickel and dimed us for some of the silliest stuff. Why am I paying for coal that should be included in the high hookah price? Why am I paying for my shrimp to be on the side when it’s literally in the same container as the pasta? To add insult to injury they had literally no bags for us to carry our food out so we just had to juggle our stuff on the way out. Once inside and looking at the food the lamb chops were butchered. This place really just needs to shut down and try again. This is sad that this is the offerings in Birmingham cause it comes off as so lazy and cheap. Would not...

Moral of this story is that we had horrible waiter. Everyone else that came in after us, which it was only 5 of us, were able to get their drinks and hookah VERY FAST. We seen our “waiter” everywhere else but at our table! And if we didn’t walk out and get chased down & told to come back because we “opened a tab,” which was 30 minutes ago, we honestly probably would’ve never got our drinks. After receiving our drinks & closing that tab our “waiter” never came back, even though we asked other waiters could they ask her to come back over for us to start a new tab. Way too crowded. Last Saturday I went here, they locked the doors at 11pm to prevent more people from entering. Unfortunately it was so crowded that it posed a fire safety issue (people were packed in so tightly that butts were touching other butts).

Also, despite saying 21+…underage people can bribe the doorman with $20 to overlook the age on their ID. That's right, this club allows minors to enter, drink alcohol and smoke! 😱😱😱

This place should be permanently closed—and to anyone wanting to go, I highly recommend...
