I shopped here a month or so ago and although I love the brand I truly do not like the staff. From the moment me and my bf walked in we were being watched/followed. Literally anything would pick up or have in my hand this older female preorder would act as if she wanted to assist me after I told her numerous of times I didn’t need help I was just trying to put colors together she constantly walked up to me to take Items from me and told me she was leave them at the front for me when I was ready to check out. My boyfriend was with me and he had to run across the street to use the restroom at Starbucks due to them not having a public restroom the moment she seen him walking out the store she bolted to the front to see if he had anything in his hand. Meanwhile none of the other shoppers got that treatment in the store and we were in the store for about an hour trying on things etc. I hate to say it but unfortunately I do think it was because we were African American. It’s sad because we spend a lot of money at Lululemon. I wanted to leave I didn’t wanna purchase anything but my bf know how bad I wanted the items I had so he purchased them and we still spent $500 that day alone. I understand people are snatching And grabbing clothes and running out but don’t treat every African American you see as someone who’s looking to steal and also never judge a book buy it’s cover. Just because someone might look like they don’t have money doesn’t mean that they cannot afford high end items. I definitely will be shopping at the somerset location moving forward.

   Read moreCame in today looking to exchange a pair of joggers for a longer pair. Was immediately met at the front door by Eric, who went above and beyond to help. Not only did he help with my return, he immediately got on the phone calling other Lululemon stores, working to find the pair of pants that I needed (which, turns out, is sold out in almost all stores in the US right now). After tracking down a pair on the other side of the country, we worked to get it shipped to my house. After initially finding out that they were out of stock, I would’ve been FULLY content just going home and periodically checking the stores inventory to see if the pants were in stock, but Eric went out of his way to ensure that I got the joggers as soon as possible. Excellent customer service, very happy with my experience today, looking forward to continuing to purchase products from the Birmingham...
   Read moreCalled this place for 2 day regarding my online order I purchased and sent to the store. I was expecting more from this location. When I came in the store to pick up my order, who I believed to be the manager saw me come in empty handed and stand in line. Looked at me more than once and did not even greet me nor ask if he could help. Just stood behind a clothing rack and watched. I decided to just get out of line and go over to the fit room area because atleast they were getting serviced. Thank you to the lady that helped me with kindness after I expressed to her how I had been calling and no has answered. I over heard someone ask another employee , “did you take a call regarding a hat” —im sure they didn’t because no one could get through to these people via phone.
