The Community House — Attraction in Birmingham

The whole team at The Community House made our Thursday wedding so elegant and smooth. Tim Hunt is easy to work with, and incredibly reassuring and accommodating. The bridal suite was accessible and comfortable. Our first look took place in a completely private outdoor nook, with trees, bricks, and a little waterfall. It was such quiet and sacred space, I could’ve stayed there forever. We were able to utilize all of Birmingham’s downtown scenery and city-vibes, while still maintaining greenery for the photos, it was perfect. Our transition from ceremony to reception was seamless - Tim was waiting with a bottle of champagne to congratulate us while we waited for guests to head to the ballroom. Every detail: intentional. This past April I had the pleasure of hosting my baby shower at The Community House, and I can't praise the team enough! Tim, the CFO, was instrumental in making the planning process smooth and efficient. His quick decision-making on everything was so helpful, and his exceptional communication skills kept everything on track. I had such a positive experience working with him all the way down to the day of the event.

Zach, the day-of coordinator, ensured that the event ran seamlessly from start to finish. His attention to detail and ability to manage everything behind the scenes allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration and took a load off our hands in setting everything up. I held a 40th surprise party here for my husband Lamar, and the service was SPECTACULAR. Most notably, the banquet manager Zach was a JOY to work with and SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. If I had forgotten to bring something, Zach immediately ran and fixed the issue. He was attentive, personable and just amazing at what he does. As long-time patrons of The Community House for various events, I was always expecting great service but Zach rose the bar further. Zach is a true asset to The Community House!
