I just spent 2 hours trying to place an order On Line. 1 hour in onbtheir VERY unfriendly website, I called and tried to place order over phone. They snatched phone up (4 different times) and said âPapa Johns can you hold pleaseâ they NEVER came back to my call. I FINALLY got online deliver order placed at 10:46. My credit card was charged right at $81.00. It gave me an estimated delivery time, and appeared to be ALL Good. BTW: i just did a quick check, Iâve spent over $2,000 with them since October 2017!!! At EXACTLY 11:01 I received a call from the manager telling me he could not fill my order, that he had NO Driver. I then offered to pick up. His excuse then was that his ovens were already off and cold! I am 54 years old, and NEVER in my life remember being done this way. Then he lied and said, âI cancelled your order and credited your Visa back. I informed him my order was not cancelled, and I was following preparation on line vimmediatly after that, he cancelled my order at Well after 10 minutes after my order was placed, and accepted. I would give them zero stars, but, you have to give at least one. Poor Franchisee, hasnât got a chance of surviving with his manager closing early and giving this type service.    Read moreWhat a terrible experience. Don't waste your time ordering delivery from this location. Made an online order that was supposed to be ready in 30-40 minutes. An hour and a half later I called to check on the order status and they told me the driver attempted to deliver but nobody was home. Yeah right! We have been outside front hungrily waiting since placing the order while putting up Christmas lights. We haven't even stepped inside since placing the order so the delivery driver couldn't have possibly missed us. I'm not sure where the delivery driver went, but it sure wasn't to the correct address. After receiving all this info I was told the order was cancelled and refunded. We'll see if that actually gets back on my card. At this point it's two hours later and I don't have pizza to feed my decorating helpers. I guess I'll go drive somewhere and get something different.    Read morehad a frustrating experience here. We ordered over an hour ago to just receive a phone call from our delivery driver now that our home address was too far from their delivery zone. I asked if it was possible to meet him somewhere, and was told it was not allowed. If we are outside of the delivery zone-fair, that makes sense, but why is the driver literally on the way before it is made known to us that we wonât receive our order? We even asked which store WAS in our region and called to double check and they told us that we werenât within their delivery boundaries as well. The strangest part is that we have ordered delivery from this location and had a successful delivery 5 or 6 times... it is certainly not the drivers fault nor even the store really if theyâve been given new boundaries of delivery just be wary before ordering because it is certainly possible that your order wonât be delivered and they might not have an answer...
