Not sure what my motel 6 review has to do with anything or what "all" it explains. But here is the thing, my review isn't a fact. It's an opinion.

Edit: See owners response to any slightly negative review at any of their three stores in Arizona. Anything under 4 stars is just the end of the world to the owner. He can't seem to understand what Google reviews is for. Try the gelato or don't. Up to you. If I'm ever in Arizona again I probably won't support this business due to the owners shaming of all customers who leave a slightly negative review. My original review is below and it was originally 3 stars which is average, not bad at all. Doesn't hurt anybody for a small business to have a 3 star (honest) review, but now it's 2 because the owner couldn't just leave well enough alone. If the gelato was gross I would have asked for a refund. It wasn't. It was fine, good Lord. The lower review is now because of the owners unprofessional behavior and responses, not the gelato itself. If you like his stuff he is nice, if you don't, you get shamed for telling the truth.

Also, gelato should be denser than ice cream and have a velvety, elastic, silky texture. What we got the day we went in, was not velvety like gelato should be, it was more airy and icy like ice cream. Maybe it was a bad day when we went in. Dunno. Just stating what I know about gelato and ice cream. I'll also add we only got the gelato flavors, no sorbet. Shouldn't have been icy with every bite.

I still stand by my original 3 star review though. It's an average Joe's gelato shop. See other reviews though, tons of people really like it. And that's great! Make your own opinion about it though. ☺️ owners arrogant behavior has made it a "won't be back" for us though.

Cute little shop with a great vibe and a wonderful young lady running the registers! I love ice cream and gelato and love trying it wherever we go! It was very refreshing on a hot day! I got the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookie. I found the chocolate chip to taste like water and it was fairly icy compared to other real gelato I have had. The peanut butter cookie was great and creamy, like it should be. My husband got the berry cheesecake which was great! And he got vanilla bean which unfortunately was more icy than it should have been. Everyone has their own opinion on what is good or not, I personally wouldn't call it the best gelato I have ever had. Is it real? Yes, absolutely, no dyed or artificial flavors here. But the consistency was more on the ice cream spectrum for some flavors rather than gelato. I have seen the owners unprofessional responses to other reviews that are lower than 4 stars. Some people are going to like what you serve and some people aren't, that's just the way life is. Is it bad? Not at all! Just not the best, in my opinion. I do recommend this place as it was extremely refreshing and the peanut butter cookie and berry cheesecake flavors...

PussyCat Gelato is an absolute gem. Five stars without question. The gelato is insanely good, super creamy, rich, and packed with flavor that makes you wonder why you ever bothered with anything else from a freezer aisle.

The place itself is small, cozy, and just has this welcoming vibe that makes you want to chill for a minute and soak it in. The lady working there was awesome. She let us try all kinds of flavors without acting annoyed, even though I know I can be a bit of a pain when I am deciding. She was patient, cool, and made the whole thing feel laid back and fun.

Service was great, flavors were wild in the best way, and the whole experience was just solid. Highly recommend if you want real gelato done right and served with a good attitude. You will not be...

No one in Bisbee seemed to suggest this place... Everyone was like, "Cafe Roka... Cafe Roka..." And I get that place is probably epic, but we wanted less formal. We were staying right by Contessa's and looked the menu over online and took a chance... Servers and host were all super friendly, the food came lightning fast, and both our meals were delicious.
