Time wasters , unprofessional behavior .

I gave washed clothes to them and folded nicely on Wednesday and they rejected most of the clothes by making two bags : one for rejected clothes and second for clothes which can be accepted after re-washing because they considered odor in those so they said that they can take them but after washing it. When I smelled those clothes , there was no odor in clothes . Still I decided to wash again for their satisfaction and I went today (Saturday) to give them clothes and they rejected 80% of the clothes again saying that “clothes style is not as per their rules “ . I asked them that why they told me to re-wash if those can be rejected but their response was very unprofessional and said that they didn’t committed to take those clothes . Style will not change whether it has odor or not then why they didn’t tell me that on Wednesday? They convinced to re-wash and then again rejected the accepted styles saying that style is not as expected . WOW! What a time wasters you guys are and don’t care about the valuable time of customers .

First of all , it took 6-7 drives to that place to sell my clothes and I already wasted $10 fuel while driving again n again which is very frustrating. Secondly , my clothes are very clean and had no odor but still their nose had odors after looking at my clothes . In that case it’s problem with your place which has odor not my clothe. And even after rewashing , they rejected the clothes again .

Then why they classified my clothes on Wednesday to “accept “ n “reject “ category bags ? And why I wasted my time to re-wash them ? Very frustrating and they don’t even think about how customer feels about this .

Even tho same company, but different cities, I feel compelled to still leave a review. From a past employee at Fargo store, I hear part of the training is, they are told to be rude to customers. I can see Bismarck store is the same. At one time the store in Fargo sold larger womens sizes. Or plus size. Whatever. It had been some time from my last trip before going in. I looked around the store and didn't see the bigger sizes. I asked a worker where they were located? The lady said they didn't carry those sizes anymore and I should just leave! Sometime later I went back in, knowing they don't have my sizes. I am a female though that likes bags, jewelry, shoes, accessories, etc. They had my favorite scent from Bath and Body works. Enchanted Orchid. I was at the counter with it in my hand, needing to pay. The 2 girls were busy, so waited. No problem, my choice. All of a sudden someone comes up behind me, which they jump to helping. I looked around and asked was this serious? I've been standing here waiting to pay. And get bypassed. I also said the staff did see me standing there, by making eye contact. I slammed the perfume spray, said this is the worst customer service ever and walked out. Service is just terrible. They seem overwhelmed and mention how behind they are. That’s understandable but don’t take it out on the customers. I was told a “couple hours” before leaving at 12noon. It’s after 3pm now and I went to check and they said they’re just getting started. I asked very politely if they had an estimated time when they would be done. The employee who was going thru my stuff went on a rant about how busy they were and then said “I mean if you’re rushed you can come back tomorrow. But the moral of the story is they’ll be done tonight.” This is my second time coming out here from Minot in the past seven days. The first time they said they were t accepting anymore clothes. So ideally no I won’t be coming back wasting more gas to pick up clothes they decided not to buy and the amount of money they decide to give me for what they did want. Please hire nicer or more staff to make everyone’s experience more pleasurable. This is...
