Five Guys — Restaurant in Bismarck

I typically love 5 Guys. Typically 5 Guys is my number 1 burger joint. I am giving this review hoping someone in charge rights this ship and I can enjoy the typical 5 guys burger. My wife and I both ordered a burger and both were overcooked and dry. The bacon was over cooked and crumbling, and to top it off they were cold. The burger overall was cold. I should have known when I walked in and ordered and then saw no one was on the grill and there were a pile of cooked burgers stacked to the side. The fries were warm but also overcooked. I was very disappointed in my experience. Somebody turn this around. I would hate to not be able to go to this 5 Guys anymore. I was in there Thursday after 2pm....

I love 5 guys. Have had good results in the past here. Started order, and she asked for a wrap instead of buns. The lady seemed to acknowledge it. And rest of order. We came here because we could order a wrap as she is staying away from carbs. The food we got tasted good. But the order didn't have the wrap. So she had to take everything off the buns and eat with a fork. The person that took the order left just after we got our order. The rest of the staff was nice and friendly. But giving the rating because the one reason we were there and very specific in our order was wrong. Maybe we skip that store and go the other one. Or not eight before shift change. Wanted to comment on the the awesome and professional customer service. They were a little behind but the manager(I think he is the manager he is wearing a black shirt) was very professional and apologetic and explained to me what happened which is great that he took the time to do that because not many places do.
