Worst Pancheros/ dining experience I’ve had. Walked in only one guy up front. He was tending the grill but did not acknowledge we were there, a girl from the back even poked her head out and then ducked back in. Waited several minutes until a line had formed to ask what I wanted. Proceeded to make my burrito at a snails pace, almost like he was high out of his mind. I had 3 other orders to go but he moved on to the next person. As the line continued to grow he finally got some help, from who I assume was the manager as he was wearing a different style shirt. Finally got the rest of my food in between other people. Get to the table and my carnitas were charred. Took one bite and gave up. Would have requested a remake but even with 4 people working they couldn’t clear a line of 4 people. Side note wife said the womans bathroom door didn’t work and no soap or paper towels. I will not be visiting the south Pancheroes again unless there are some serious changes. South one could learn from the one near Best Buy.
Ways this could have been avoided. The guy grilling chicken could have acknowledged us, I would have been fine waiting until he loaded the grill, but the fact he acted like we weren’t there started off on the wrong foot. 2 the girl who peaked out could have at least said hi and someone will be with you. 3 food quality needs...
Read moreAs I was putting my two taco plate together, when I sat down to eat, my said "taco" I've come to find that I had hardly any meat in the taco and several components from one taco have spilled over into the next and it's a struggle to even hold it as a taco. I am also 32 weeks pregnant, and have suffered from extreme HG, my entire pregnancy so I get nauseous at various moments in the day. I personally do not like throwing up in public anymore than the next person, but sometimes it's unavoidable. I was able to make it outside, but as my husband is sitting inside with our one and a half year-old, who is not having a great time, he not only sees, but can overhear the entire crew giggling, and one person even poked their head out of the pick up window to make sly comments amongst themselves. I'm very displeased with our experience and will not be returning anytime soon to...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I feel like it is deserved. My wife and I have been here several times and usually food and service is good, we enjoy eating here from time to time. My wife has celiac disease (gluten allergy) and I forgot to ask the young man helping us to change his gloves prior to handling her order as I had ordered tacos which has gluten. After he had already made our order I asked the manager if the guy helping had changed his gloves. When he asked the employee and he said no he promptly made us a new order with new gloves. The food was also very good this...
