We always love shopping at Ashley. They have a wide variety of beautiful furnitures to choose from and all of good quality. When we were in Texas we got all our furnitures from Ashley so when we moved to Bismarck, ND we also looked for Ashley Homestore to furnish our new place with their quality furnitures. I love the pieces we got but we were very unhappy and disappointed with the pricing and promotion. The sales person that we were dealing with on the first day didn’t do the math good. To be fair with her she did price match some items that were available online when we returned the next day to ask about it and put 54.35 dollar back to our account. But what was disappointing was she price matched it on the prices that were already adjusted from the 200 dollar Labor Day coupon that was applied initially, not on the original prices in store. I only noticed it when I did my own computation. So we called her about month after since there is still one item undelivered and also I did put another new order, but she said if she will give us the coupon they would not make money anymore. Instead, she made another price match on that one undelivered item and put another 50 dollar back on our account. But still we were very unhappy and disappointed. 200 dollar is 200 dollar. So the lady on the phone offered us that she will have the store manager call us about our concern. So finally the Store Manager Loren Schwab called us and asked about our issue and he understood. Right there he resolved our concern and adjusted the price on that undelivered item to be able to put back in our account the remaining 145.65 of the 200 dollar Labor Day coupon. That was above and beyond customer service right there. Loren Schwab was so professional over the phone. I would say the store manager was able to recover our loyalty. Read moreOur first sales person Gail was very helpfull and Profesional She had an Emergency and leaved so far everithing was excelent She spend time we us and please our needs then another lady started taking care some more furniture that My Wife wanted to add to our initial purchase well this other girl “salesperson” was taking notes but wen we had finish at customer service they asked us to pay the taxes so order could be procesed wich we understood but we weren’t ready at that time so I explained the “Salesperson” that we would be comming back on Friday to acomplish with the request My perception after what happened was that she did’nt believe us because I call Gail and told her that it was going to.be on Monday after noon She agreed and thats how was but wen we got there and ready to pay Surprise ! nothing was added to our list so we spend 1 hr and nothing was done by the other girl I was very upset and was ready to walk out to another store but Gail was doing such good job that My wife decide to go ahead with our list we really want to thanks Gail for expending time with us because my wife was changing her mind on the stuff we had every minute the store is so big and so many good things that is hard to decide at once and She was there to please her THANKS GAIL AGAIN FOR DOING SUCH GOOD JOB was not easy but you did...
Read moreVery disappointed! We purchased a $6,000 Moto Motion leather sectional less than two months ago from the Bismarck, ND store. The sales lady (which no longer works there), assured us that it was top quality leather, which for that price you would hope so! We recently noticed that the leather on the right reclining end was starting to peel in several spots. We do not have kids, or pets. We contacted the store, and they said that since it was purchased less than 90 days, they would send a replacement section out. We did also purchase the 5 year warranty. The person we talked to contacted us twice to make sure it was the right end before they delivered it. We live 75 miles from the store. Our sectional is black, and when they came with the replacement section, they brought a brown one. You would think they would have that information in their system! We are definitely not impressed with the quality of our purchase, or the customer service. They are coming again next week, hopefully with the right color, and praying we don’t have...
