Andy was super cool and helpful! I ended up getting a crack in my windshield before my appointment, and they were able to find a replacement and installed* same day! He even pulled some overtime and worked on the 4th of July to finish and help me get back on the road. He did all this knowing that I had to leave the morning of the 5th. He did the same quality work, faster, and for a much more affordable rate than some other shops in the area (Blackfoot/Idaho Falls). I called them at 4:45pm and I asked if I could get my drivers side window replaced. He got my information and called me right back. Said he could do it the next day. I then asked if he could tint the window as well and if he could try and match it to the rest of my windows. He wanted me to bring it in the morning and I asked if he could take me to work and pick me up. He did not hesitate at all. Said it wouldn’t be a problem. You can not beat the customer service!!! I drove from Pocatello to Blackfoot on bald tires, and was 14 minutes late, because I have a disabled child to tend too, and I was refused from getting a windshield installed!!! The main guy treated me HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! He had no heart, none. Was very ignorant. I don't recommend The Tint Shop in Blackfoot!
