I enjoy the store but some of the employees are not that great. I went in looking for a chainsaw. The saw was on a manufacturer rebate and they just so happened to have it, when no one else would even order it.

I noticed the price tag had the wrong price and it called out the wrong saw. I pointed it out to the kid helping me. Told him I wanted it but that they also had the wrong tag. It was an MS180 with a MS180C tag. Kid kept arguing with me that they were the same saw and that there was no discounted price. Finally after 2 minutes of going back and forth that they were not the same he left and went to the manager and checked the computer. 4 minutes later he came back and said "you're right, I just didn't realize it because we dont normally get the MS180"

All in all I got the saw I had looked all over the valley for. Just wish the kid would have listened to me...

All I needed was the purchase of three steel stakes to drive in the ground to form a small concrete pad at the entrance to my barn at the man door. Nobody had any idea what I was talking about. There were 4 employee involved all of them saying "I don't think we have that item". I can't believe that the things I need are so strange that none of the employees would even have an idea if a steel stake would be in there inventory. To their credit they sent me to Ace Hardware and the person was very aware of what I needed and I even purchased several other items making for a good feeling for me and cash for Ace. My boyfriend and I visited this store to see if they had tools he needed for work. While there we decided to look around at other things. After about 10 minutes of being in the store, we started noticing a couple employees were "secretly" following behind us. They then all gathered around the office when we were checking out.
