YAY Technology — Local services in Blackfoot

Stopped here for a MacBook Pro charger because they stated they had a couple in stock. I purchased one a little weary as the cord was slightly split at the power brick. I took it home, plugged it in and nothing. I came back to the shop and the gentleman verified that it didn’t work. He then pulled out an apple branded charger and presto it worked. I asked how much the charger was and he stated around 80$, after I had already paid almost 30 for the broken one. 80$? For a used charger? I asked if they could make me a deal since I had already paid for the one I returned and since the new one was used. The gentleman stated that they wouldn’t be able to take the price down from 80$. My computer speakers were making buzzing and static sound so I took them to Yay Technology today and Eric checked them out and discovered they were toast. I asked if they had some used speakers that still worked that I could purchase to get me by. Eric looked around and found some and checked to see if they might be usable then gave them to me and did not charge me anything for the services or speaker. I have been to Yay Technology for window updates, transferring data to new computers and other advice and they never disappointment! They are patient respectful, humble and kind.. The guys at YAY Technology are awesome!! I took my laptop in to have them check it out when it started acting up. They were pretty sure it was the mother board but didn't want to jump to the most expensive fix. We tried the other fixes first which helped prolong my laptop's life but eventually a few months later the mother board ended up going out. They quickly got a replacement mother board in and got my laptop back up and running. The service was quick, and the prices were fair. I highly recommend YAY Technology to anyone looking for an honest, local computer repair shop.
