I went into the Blackfoot Verizon store last night the current phone that I had was shattered and the LCD screen was bleeding and blacking out so that you couldn't really decipher what was on the screen nor was there any way to fix it I encountered one of your salesmen his name was JJ he was in the store all by himself his coworker had called in sick and management was not available or in the store JJ spent over two hours with me yesterday helping me to retrieve the information off of my broken phone and put it onto a new phone which I purchased from him JJ kept a smile and an upbeat attitude the entire time not only did he help me and keep a positive attitude but he did a great job with his customer service and multitasking helping other customers as they arrived at the store as well every customer that I seen come in in the two and a half hours I was in the Blackfoot store left happy JJ is an example of customer service in the way all representative should treat your customers not only did you take the extra time but he did it with a smile and never once did he complain or get frustrated JJ is an asset to your store and to your team he's one of those people that are going to go far in the business no matter where he's at he should be valued as a precious commodity please take care of him I will return to your store again with a smile in hopes that I will be...
Read moreThis place is a joke!!! My husband went in and they told him he was eligible for an upgrade. Phone would be free and the bill amount would not change. I have called every week since he received the phone. He was charged an activation fee which they did credit back (I think) and he is being charged for the phone. I have talked to the real Verizon customer service 4 different times and they are now trying to get through to this store but they aren't even getting them to answer the phone. The Blackfoot store just outright lied to him about having a promotion where he could get a free phone, just had to keep the line for 2 years. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB also. I will never purchase or go to this store again. They keep changing their name and the staff are clueless as to how promotions work, and you wait forever to get waited on. I recommend going to the Idaho Falls real Verizon stores. Service is better and they know what they are doing. Now I am stuck paying for a "Free" phone. Read moreThe sales rep quoted me a price and told me all taxes and fees for the bill were included. I verified at least 5 times that the information was accurate before agreeing to it. Turns out he quoted me less than the actual bill, and taxes and fees are not included. Prior to leaving the store I caught the issue and brought it to his attention. He doubled down that he had the right price and it would change after the first bill. Upon further investigation he was incorrect and he missed quoted me and said "I made a mistake, you can switch carriers if you aren't happy" completely unwilling to try and figure out a solution for the bait and switch manuever he did. I wouldn't recommend going to this store. I went back again tonight and a new guy (badge said in training) said that they know when they are quoting things that taxes and fees aren't included.
