Wow this store I swear hates money. So to start I was told that if I didn't miss a payment for a year, I would be pre approved for any phone in the store after that year, so I said bet, and did the whole year and some. Come find out the sales man gave me the okie doke. Non was the case, in fact they said best they could do was to move me to a different plan where I would pay 40 dollars more a month for phone the costs maybe 20 dollars more than the one I had already purchased out right. I decided to part ways. so TODAY, 09/07/22 I purchased a Metro PCs phone and plan BECAUSE it had T-Mobile written all over the phone and I was always pleased with the coverage TMobile gave me in the past so I went with it in hopes of gaining my old number back and Maybe they would try to beat their competitor and get me to come back with a better deal. NOPE!!! The woman didn't want to help me to say the least even after I explained that I've already talked to both Metro and TMobile customer service and both parties were totally fine with me getting my old number back, I just had to go to the physical store here and it shouldn't be a problem. She said my number is already gone. (I never even gave her my name let alone my number) I told her that it wasn't I just talked to customer service. She interrupted with sorry there nothing I can do and hung up. This was the SECOND TIME this store has flat out lied to me, and I'm a loyal customer. I liked being a TMobile customer, and I was hoping to continue being one. It's really sad to think the the two customer service people I talked to where you could clearly tell English was their second language, were far more kind and courteous and eager to help than someone in my own...

Came to Blackfoot and Claudia just boom boom and said in 10 minutes everything will transfer... Like I said give her a raise....
