Burger King — Restaurant in Blackfoot

This Burger King has the unfortunate placement as the WORST fast food restaurant we have had the displeasure to eat at during our 2000+ mile road trip cross country.

We ordered two large whopper combos with onion rings and fries. We received two of the coldest, blandest whoppers with next to no lettuce.

Our fries and onion rings were also clearly small containers and not even full.

When I went inside to inquire about the small vs large size and ordered the rude cashier told me they were out of large. I asked so you charged me for a large and gave me a small? They said we are out of large containers and gave you a medium. Clearly they were small. I asked again so you’re charged me for a large and gave me a medium? I paid for a large? Rudely she shoved some more fries and onion rings into another small container and shoved them in my bag.

Never eating here again and will be years before I give Burger King...

One time I stopped to get food and the people were fantastic, had an older manager watching over everything. The next time I came in there were 5 young kids working. A younger gentleman with pink in his hair took my order over the speaker and he was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. When I got to the window I saw why he was rude, I was ordering food while him and the rest of the people were watching videos on a phone and flirting with each other, how dare I order food. Next thing I know I watched my food sitting there all wrapped for about 10 minutes, still all employees watched the phone... A young African american woman came to the window and finally gave me my food, and was alot more rude than the kid who took my order. It is a roll of the dice on how the service is, not sure it's worth the gamble eating there. I would suggest the owner gets involved and tries to fix this garbage...

I have to give a 1 star today for service. The food was good I would give it 4 stars. Why only 1 star for service? My husband and I went in for lunch around 12:30, they were not busy so no need to talk very loud.. While my husband and I were trying to talk the employee's were very loud and obnoxious, so loud we felt like we were raising our voices above what should be acceptable in public. ALL the tables were dirty, only two tables had guests at them. At one point the gal that was taking orders was trying to wipe some tables a customer came in, instead of a manager helping that customer, they yelled across the restaurant for the gal to come take the order. I realize this is a fast food place however when a guest wants to enjoy lunch and visit with who they are with it should be attainable.Your employees need to learn a bit of...
