The Vaping Outlet — Local services in Blackfoot

So went in to get a coil for my vaporesso luxe xl.. they make two different pods and two different types of coils corresponding to the pods.. i was argued with about how they only make one coil. She was positive.. yet im at home now lookin at the coils and they are clearly different i wish i could take a photo to show everyone.. to maybe get some knowledge out there.. i found this whole experience to be irritating due to the fact that she clearly didnt have all the knowledge needed. So a lil suggestion to anyone that works in retail if you are going to sell a product do the research and know your product, to prevent this situation from happening. Also dont argue with the customer.. its strange that this happened cuz all my experiences at this vape shop have been good.. would rate it lower if it wasn't...

The girl who helped me, was also training another girl when I came in. She was on top of her game, she knew everything I was looking for, and did a little up sales but not pushy about it. I’ll be going back today as my tank band broke and I have no idea how to fix it, as well as buy another tank for my vape. She was a great employee with awesome customer service skills, even while training another person, she didn’t skip a beat. I went in on Monday or Tuesday morning. We always hear about the bad reviews but the people who deserve the good reviews are forgotten! I actually just looked at my receipt and her name is Mieka:) so thank you for hiring awesome people to work with your company! I’ll definitely be making this my vape store!!! Thx...

Its the only vape shop were have currently in Blackfoot, and they have a okay selection of coils, not huge mostly smok n Freeman (?), the guys in there are super friendly, n helpful, (the tall guy much more then the shorter guy), pretty stipend tho, when I see'outlet' I think 'affordable' in which its just NOT :(, KOA sells my fav juice from Pocatello's outlaw Vapor which its where I know but mostof muy E-juice unless I'm going to be in the Falls or Pocatello soon then ill just go to outlaw, SUPER HAPPY about KOA tho, just wish theyalso had coils. South this turned into a Outlaw n KOA review,...
