Los Gavilanes Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Blackfoot

We had a server who had curly hair and glasses. He was horrible in an hour and a half he dident ask on us once. To refill our drinks or give us more chips nothing. We even tryed to make eye contact with him but he never was up frount. There was a family that came in right before us ... my husbend opened the door for them (and they had a family of 4 we had a family of 3 adults and one toddler) they got serves there dinner and desert and they got there ticket and left (they had a diffrent server) all before we got our food and there was a families who came in 20 min after us and got there food before us. There was a family who had the same server and they came 20 min after us and they got there food the same time as us and the guy dident even get there order right. And pluse the meals got where two easy meals (my husbend shared with our toddler) Like I sead HORRIBLE service if and we whent there once before and we had the same server and it was the same exspirence. That time when we where sitting down a family told us that "hope you don't have any plans becouse the service sucks they are slow. We will NEVER go there again.

But it's just that one guy... the lady server next was perfect. You deffunantly saw her doing her job.

If they dropped our plates or something like that the server should of at least...

If I eat raw onion, my throat will swell shut and I will die unless I have an epi pen nearby. I ordered a Macho Burrito because there is no onion on the menu and from past experience, I know there is no onion on the meal. My wife ordered her meal with no guacamole and no sour cream. She cannot have the sour cream and she doesn't like guac. My son ordered a medium rare steak. My son's steak was well done. My wife's meal had sour cream and guacamole. My Macho Burrito had onion on it. I paid $61 for a fast trip to the hospital.

I recommend that this business has no business being in business anywhere on this planet. They obviously don't care about food allergies, food sensitivities or how you want your steak cooked.

I will never let my shadow dim the threshold of the door as long as this business is doing business in this location.

I have spent my last dime here. They will never see me nor my family again.

Food was brought to the table and waitress was reminded I had asked for ranch to go with my taco salad. While waiting, my food was getting cold so I searched the restaurant for the waitress, and no employees were in sight. After 15 minutes, she finally came out and I flagged her down. By then my food was cold so I told her I didn’t want it because the ranch had not been brought. She apologized. When the check came I asked if my meal could be taken off given the circumstances. The cashier said she would ask. My waitress came to the register and I asked if it was taken care of to which she said yes. As I went to sign I noticed it had not been taken off so I asked. She said she didn’t know anything about it and would go ask. I waited ten minutes before I finally just paid the bill and left. So frustrating. Do not...
