I had never gone to any collectibles store other than the Collectors Zone. After 30 plus years they closed and I had to look online and I found Dollarâs. I was Stunned as soon as I walked in the door!!!! I knew in my mind that this new Shop wouldnât match up,,,, and I was WRONG,,, itâs so much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. But most of all was the amazing selection to choose from,,,, itâs not just new retail boxâs,,, but they stock boxâs from past years and the person who waited on me was extremely knowledgeable. And I had 50 questions to ask them from prices on individual cards from multiple sports , who are the hot players as well as when the new releases are coming and whatâs going to give me the best bang for my money,,, and most importantly all of them were answered ,,mostly from knowledge but there was no hesitation to look up current prices. And I havenât ever been able too get hobby boxâs. They will order whatever you want ,,, I asked for a Panini Illusions hobby box and later the same day I I got the call that they found one,,, I paid for it over the phone and 3 days later I picked it up. I highly recommend this store. They have everything and just walking around was Soo much fun. Donât miss this opportunity,, these unique shops are so hard to find and knowledgeable staff who are genuinely happy to pass on information and advice rather than reply with short answers in a tone of voice that makes me feel that...
   Read moreOne of the staff was friendly and provided good customer service. The other was a bit distracted I'll say. Bought an item and it didn't work correctly. So went back the next day to exchange it and the distracted one put the broken item back in the case to sell it again. I got home and the exchange didn't work at all. Wouldn't even start up. So I took it back. The distracted guy said they won't do cash back even though I was told they do. So we waited for the other guy to come back about 30 minutes and he gave us money back but was reluctant, tried having me exchange it a third time to go through it all over again. I know they are a little company trying to make it but I will not be returning.
As a response to the owner. Yes sir. All I did was give my honest review of my experience with your company that is all. And yes you did give me my money as I stated in my review. I gave credit where credit was due. And as you should have as I was sold faulty eequipment. As a business owner you have to accept that some people will have good experiences and some people will not. That's part of owning a business sir.
