Indigo Seafood has THE BEST seafood around. It’s super fresh and always top of the line & sold at incredibly fair pricing- I would know, I’m from the Carolina coast ;) (my standards are sky high.) The seafood truck is run by a one woman rodeo and you can tell she runs a tight ship! Bought “jumbo” soft shell crabs. Jumbo is generally 5 to 5.5 ounces each. My crabs from Indigo fell into the range of 1.7 ounces to 2.2 ounces, which places them into the “Medium” category, which is followed by “Hotel” then “Primes” then Jumbo.
