HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MALE OWNER ! first off let me start off by saying the ladies were nice but she messed my daughters prom dress up twice . the first time i went to get her dress altered none of the alterations were done which i asked for i had no clasp and no diamond placed where i asked i paid 150.00 dollars so we had to go back again for her to complete the alterations . then when we went back the second time a week before prom the straps where the diamond were placed were so tight they left an imprint on my daughters arms so i had to leave the dress again this time we went back and the dress was tried on and everything seemed ok. the day of prom my daughters was putting on her dress and the diamond poped off and cracked one hour prior to prom , we had to have a famikly friend try to sew them back on and this left a gap where the diamonds were supposed to be thankfully my daughters hair was long and it kind of camouflaged the missing spot . so we get to monday and i called the shop a nasty rude man answered the phone and i told him what occurred he said this happens to alot of girls and what did i want him to do about it he then hung up in my face and said if i alled back he would call the police ! my friend was sitting next to me in disbelief that this occured when ll i wantedwas for them to fill in the gap of the missing diamonds that poppped off i never wanted any money returned or anything i wanted her to repair what i paiod for no girl should ever experience this on her prom day. the alarming fact was that the man said he was the owner and this happens all the time to girls ater the prom the dresses break but this was not after the prom this was an hour before prom . i would never ever NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE TO DEAL WITH A RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL WHO CLAIMS HE IS AN BUSINESS OWNER . I went in to get my wedding dress altered… I got a call the day I was suppose to pick it up that they didn’t write down what they were suppose to alter.. I told them no problem, I’ll come in and we can do it again.. when I come in my dress is COMPLETLY wrong.. she took the mess out of my dress, gave me the wrong bustle (I wanted a wrist bustle) although I was really annoyed the lady was sweet so I didn’t sweat it.. I asked her if she could take some in and they told me to come back the following week and they would fix the mistakes… when I come in the following week the bustle was slapped on the outside of my dress, way too high..,and She didn’t do a closure for the back of the dress… I asked them if I could do a sit test.. good thing I did because I couldn’t sit down! I asked her if she could take it out a little and the told me it was an extra $25 at this point I’m boiling.. because even if I hadn’t gotten my dress taken in she still would have to fix HER mistakes.. but I was patient.. she is a sweet lady..they told me to come in to get it in a few days.. well the THIRD Time I came to pick up my dress the bustle was slapped on the side of my dress and I could see where the net was sloppily placed.. I paid my $70 and left and had someone else fix it.. ( the person who fixed it told me that bustles don’t go on the outside of dresses, you can see the bustle sloppily placed on the outside of the dress) the lady is very sweet, but they were wrong for charging me extra when I had to come in THREE times because of her mistakes. Me & my bridal party took our dresses in for alterations was given a pick up date when we arrived only one dress was ready was told they would all be ready in two more days. No phone call to say they were not ready or anything I went in to pick up my wedding dress she took it in so tight underneath that I could not sit down now mind you I asked her the first day could I see If I could sit I was told it would be fine. She did not take in the outside of my dress so it still didn't fit right.Everth8bg she did was not right it wasn't. She didn't take in the straps or the breast area so I waited. I was there 3 hours and she still didn't get it right. When she fix one thing she undid something else she did. I was so irritated and frustrated with her final attempt to get it right. I didnt want her to touch my dress anymore. Because she was ruining it. In the middle of my ceremony my strap came off breast popped out. I was so embarrassed. I'm very dissatisfied with her work. Oh yeah when I went in my dress was hanging and dragging the floor and while getting it she stepped on it. I will nevergoo go there again. A horrible experience The 1 star Is for her helper...
