Starbucks — Restaurant in Bloomfield Township

I live very close to this Starbucks and I usually stop in several times a week, sometimes twice per day. I am always impressed by the staff and their ability to not only deliver great service and quality beverages, but to do it in such a friendly and kind way. Sam especially makes me feel good with a kind remark every time he takes my order. Does this guy ever have a bad day? This is their new location. It's nice and spiffy. The big plus is a new drive thru; the minus is it has a much (much) smaller indoor seating/study area. I'd expect no available seats during peak hours. Whereas the former site had all the room you could want. Funny, I'm sure the strategy was to sell more cups (via the drive thru), but they may lose just as many due to being an unreliable study location....

This is my first time at this location, and worst Starbucks experience. I ordered a cappuccino, the cup I got had coffee and milk spilled all over it, on the outside, the barista seemed to be angry, she slammed my cup on the table then called.
