I bought a propane gas tank for my grill about three weeks ago. I use maybe 1 tank for a year and a half. We don't use the grill as much as I once did. Well, I used the grill twice for a total of maybe 20 minutes each time. I went to use the grill two nights ago and the tank was empty. I always turn off the grill and close the tank after each use. So I was surprised to see it empty. The valve itself seemed a tad loose, but what do I know. So, this morning I returned the tank and explained the issue with the tank. The girl at the counter, called another person over to talk to me. She told me the tank was empty and I had to tell her the story again. She again said it's empty and she can't get credit from the gas company for a defective tank? I said what about me? she said, I can't get credit from the company...I turned and said screw you and left. My wife and I do buy other stuff there because it is convenient. That won't happen anymore. They act like they are doing you a favor waiting on you and that every sale is an inconvenience. When there is an issue, it is never...

The Brookside Garden Center & Florist shop is my go to flower and plant shop. Unfortunately the parking isn't the best since it's on the corner of a busy intersection and they don't have their own parking but if you can find a spot on Broad or a side street, it's worth the trip.

They're affordable, have plants and products that I've been looking for, and even have ones that I've never seen before. Their bouquets are usually around $10 - $30 and always very fresh and full. They also have beautiful seasonal arrangements

Most recently, I made a purchase from here for a family funeral service and it went very smoothly. The arrangements I ordered were absolutely beautiful and delivered to the funeral home on time. They were also very kind and sympathetic over the phone when I placed the order.

Maybe I arrived at the wrong time of the day the employees were sweet but weren't really there to answer questions only to load up product in your car and work the register. They pointed me in the direction of the owner but it was VERY obvious that he wanted to be done for the day not super interested in helping. I got a kind of "whatever" disposition. "We have those roses you could check out over in the corner and see if you like any of those." "The Knock Out roses are your best bet" that's pretty much all they had in stock.
