First time customer here. I had a fantastic experience! I've had my hair cut by the same person my entire life, so this was the first time venturing outside that comfort. I had Luis, and he and his wife immediately made me feel comfortable. I gave him just an overall idea of what I was looking for, hoping that his experience and sense of style would be enough to inspire a good look for me, rather than trying to be super specific with what I wanted. He absolutely nailed it! I really couldn't be happier with my hair cut. They check all the boxes. The haircut was awesome, the salon is wonderful inside, and they are the friendliest people who are easy to talk to. My first time experience with Luis was absolutely outstanding. He was so professional so courteous so kind so warm so talented either you have it or you don’t and he’s got it as a hairstylist. He knows what he’s doing and then backs it up with the hair cut. After many many failed attempts to find a hairstylist I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt I found one finally!!! Also His wife was such a sweetheart and made you feel very welcome like going to Sunday dinner at the family’s!!! Made a last minute appt as a new client. Luis gave a consultation on my hair prior to the cut. He listened, he educated and gave me an amazing experience as well as style.
