Gather — Local services in Bloomington

So initially got this salad last summer and was I love. Since then the order hasn’t been right….lack of chicken, no sauces as requested, different lettuce each visit. Made a review and the owner called and explained some things and asked if we would try again so today I gave it one more try. Salad proportions were over all better. Presentation was nice but was told the spicy sauce I requested was drizzled on the salad itself…..no BBQ sauce anywhere :( seems like a silly idea to buy a salad at a bbq place if there’s no sauce involved. My favorite place to spend money in town. Great gifts, comfortable open space, supporting local makers, and lovely location. Refreshes inventory regularly so there is always something new. I am a big fan of the shampoo and conditioner bars sold there. They are WAY better than anything else I've tried, including LUSH. Once I started using them people started commenting on how "healthy" my hair looks. I also really appreciate their caution and leadership during the pandemic. A beautiful store! Lovingly filled with unique handmade goods from local artists. A great spot to shop if you’re looking for a special gift, or you want to treat yourself. The staff was helpful and friendly and I love all the radical stickers and buttons they have. The owner is obviously principled, passionate and focused on peace and justice - part of the reason I like shopping here. This store puts out good vibes to the world and help make Bloomington a great place to call...
