Sells fake labubus and other popmart and miniso blind boxes and do not tell you. The assitant manager was very condensing when i tried to return them and said "i should have known it was fake" just "look at the price". I am more upset with how i was treated by the assitant manager than the items being fake. I am going to my bank to get a refund because they would not refund me because the 'vender did not answer their calls' as a store you need to LABEL your fake products. Putting the blame on the customer is unprofessional and I will NEVER be shopping at this store again and tell everyone not to either.

EDIT-- That's so crazy because I brought my items back within the 48 hour return window and you wouldn't accept it! Also the problem was how rude the assistant manager was :)! The fact you allow COUNTERFEIT items sold in your store is unacceptable regardless of what it is. You should pride yourself more in the small business that sell amazing hand made items and put the effort into their store by not allowing sleezy scammers to sell in your store. With that said these small and local business use their own hard earned money to stock their shelves and grow in this troubling economy. Bloomington/Normal is a community town and LOVES to have MORE small and local businesses which made Painted Tree a wonderful addition across the street from the Mall and Planet Fitness. Right next door to DSW and Ashley furniture!

Yes they have a 48 hour policy for returns and Security is tight due to the fact that Small businesses reside here and use their hard earned money to stock shelves. This is not your typical corporation.

I have always enjoyed shopping here until last week when I bought a pretty gold necklace, yes it was 14karat gold plated, but ok, I put it on and wore it exactly 3 days and it turned black and the clip broke, I’ve never seen anything so cheap.and I paid $19.99 for it! So I brought it back to return and the owner of booth denied it being hers even after I had all tags and receipt! She refused to return it!!!
