PC MAX — Local services in Bloomington

I turned my computer in almost two weeks ago, and I called in several times to see how my computer was coming along. They never appeared to be annoyed by my calling in, and the staff was very gracious to constantly let me know how it was going. They ran several tests on my computer to determine its problems, and charged me the minimum price because my computer wasn't repairable. I ended up buying a new computer and I took it in to have a data transfer done and it only took them a few hours.

I cannot say enough positive things about my recent experience with PC Max. My husband and I have a small local business and my iMac desktop was down. PC Max got me in right away, took an absolutely fair amount of time in repairing my Mac and got me back to work for a truly fair price. They communicated with me regularly as they were working on it, keeping me informed of the problem and when they would have it back to me. When I can't figure something out I take my machine to these guys. They are enormously helpful and knowledgeable.
