Beware that these guys will sell you a falsely built game and then lie about it and try to keep up hope that they can get you what you really wanted in the first place. Be 100% sure of the thing you are getting is really what they say it is before you give them anything as they cannot be trusted.

My wife and I wanted a DDR X machine and they contacted us to tell us they had one in stock. We asked for photos and it did indeed look like a true DDR X cabinet but they claimed the dance pads were at a different location so they were not in the photo. We paid for the machine and couldn't wait for it to get delivered.

It finally shows up from their "Professional Delivery guys" but in reality one guy was knowledgeable and able to handle the cabinet down our flight of stairs while the other guy smelled like he hadn't showered in weeks and seemed to think it wasn't possible to deliver the cabinet down the steps. They delivered the machine and it does look like a DDR X cabinet. They get it up and running and then took off after it appeared to be working. Upon further analysis I noticed the machine was NOT running DDR X software and instead was running DDR Supernova which is an older cabinet. Then I found out the dance pads were actually from a Supernova cabinet and not a DDR X cabinet. They essentially hacked together a Supernova + DDR X cabinet and sold it to me as a DDR X cabinet.

My wife was devastated because the song selection is very different between Supernova and DDR X so I called up to explain to them what they did. They claimed they didn't know that it was cobbled together machine and told me they will work with another customer who has a DDR X machine to do a swap out. Of course I came to find this was just a way for them to stop me from returning the machine in hopes that I would get a DDR X machine.

These guys are greasy, will lie about what they are delivering you, and then turn around and lie about doing a swap. I would either strongly avoid this company OR make sure you see the machine in person fully running before you trust they are giving you what...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They have the WORST customer service on the planet. I bought a $2200 golden tee machine from them at the beginning of last year. About a week later it quit working so I called in to get it repaired. 2 months later they showed up and "fixed" it. About 2 weeks later it was broken again so they said they would swap it out, which I agreed to. 3 months later they showed up with with the new machine. Their movers didn't know what they were doing and scratched my newly refinished hardwood floors. You'll never guess, but the "new" machine didn't work either!! Oh, and they told me they'd pay to have my floors fixed, but never did. So finally, in October of 2016, they agreed to come get the machine and sell it on consignment and pay me back $1,500. It's now August of 2017 and, wait for it, I can't get them to respond to any calls or emails about it!! How this place stays in business always was a mystery to me, but now I see what's up.
