Short Verion:
Beware of poor service and the lack of professionalism by management. (Manager on duty was Jamie Kindred)
Detailed Version:
My girlfriend and I had decided to go with the family to the restaurant before their usual closing time. We called ahead to make sure they were still open because of the inclement weather and we were told they would remain open until 2 am as normal. However, when we got there shortly after, we were told that they were closing and no longer taking customers. It turns out that management had not informed the entire staff of this decision to close early.
The woman at the front went back to discuss the issue with the restaurant's operational manager, Jamie Kindred. He had sent her back up front to inform us that they could only provide takeout to us. She ended up going back a second time to discuss the issue, which he had sent her again to handle the situation herself instead of speaking to us personally. The second time, we were offered a 50 percent discount on the takeout order.
We decided to accept this offer, which was rescinded shortly after we began looking at the menu. Instead, Jamie told us that he had decided to seat us because his boss would not be happy with the discount.
Even after the initial miscommunication, the manager and the server, Nikky, had provided unprofessional and incredibly rude service until the end of our visit. The manager had hovered around our table and laid the check on the table beside us almost immediately after our food had come out. In addition, our server had turned off the TVs in front of us while keeping the other TVs on. Finally, it felt that the priority was to clean and close as fast as possible instead of making us feel like wanted guests.
Ultimately, we were told they would be open when they were about to close, offered a discount that was not honored, and then felt rushed to leave. There was no responsibility taken by the manager throughout the night, little to no apology, and poor quality service with no discount or compensation for the lack of professionalism.
I hope this is not always the case for the sake of future guests and the restaurant's employees. There were many ways to handle the situation properly and the manager seemed unable to effectively address the situation which resulted in an employee being put on the spot and a horrific...
Read moreI recently visited one of your BW3 locations and had an experience that compelled me to share my feedback. I believe in providing constructive criticism when necessary, and unfortunately, my recent visit left me with a few concerns that are worth addressing.
First and foremost, the food quality could have been better. The dishes I ordered needed to have the flavor and quality I had come to expect from BW3. The chicken was overcooked and dry, and the overall taste was underwhelming. It seemed the restaurant needed to pay more attention to the quality of ingredients and preparation methods. This order was undercooked for sides, overcooked for wings, and warmed up chicken strips' they were so bad my dog refused to eat them.
One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the need for additional sauces available for purchase. BW3 is known for its wide variety of delicious sauces, which can elevate the dining experience. However, I was informed that all but one of the 28 sauces were unavailable during my visit. This significantly diminished the experience, as I had looked forward to trying different flavors with my meal.
Furthermore, the condition of the restaurant itself could have been better. The seating was uncomfortable, and the overall ambiance could have been better. It left me wondering why BW3 is still in business when the restaurant needs a major overhaul and refurbishment.
I understand that every establishment can have off days, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements. BW3 has been a popular choice for many, and it has the potential to regain its reputation for great food and a welcoming atmosphere.
In conclusion, I would like you to consider reevaluating the food quality and the availability of sauces at your BW3 locations. Additionally, investing in the restaurant's overall appearance and comfort could significantly enhance your customers' dining experience.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. It can help BW3 regain its status as a destination for delicious food and...
Read moreDON'T GO AT LUNCH TIME SERVICE WORKER WON'T LOOK FOR YOUR ORDER. TODAY I was treated with rudeness and nastiness beyond your imagination.by a service worker. If not for a supervisor overhearing part of the conversation I wouldn't have gotten my preordered lunch. I had ordered and prepaid and had a pick up time of 12:10 pm I arrived at 12:30 pm and was greeted with a sarcastic eye roll behind batwing size fake eyelashes. I told her I had preordered and the time my email stated it would be ready and she said orders were coming out as received. There were already 2 people there waiting and I inquired to the extent of their wait and they had been sitting in excess of ten minutes and had also preordered. When the staff member came back out I inquired again and she told me the orders were coming out as received and I SHOULD RESPECT THE FACT THAT.IT WAS LUNCH TIME. But gave no time as to when my order would be ready. I expressed I had to get back to work At that moment a supervisor came out from a swing door and ask my name and she looked behind her in the warming area and my meal was there all along and just needed to be handed to me. I repeated the entire conversation to the supervisor. The first person who normally is the carry out cashier is a liability to that restaurant and to the Blue Ash Business District. The companies in Blue Ash have world wide business and guests enjoy American Cuisine and will frequent that restaurant. Who knows who else she has insulted and spoken rudely to. She didn't even offer and apology. All she has to do was hand it to me it was already paid for. They will not get my business and they will never.be recommended for catering. You never know who owns what or who they are by appearance. This was not a racially motivated review as we are of the same ethnic background However I know how to communicate and would never in my worst day even speak and present myself in a tacky just sickening manner. We...
