Apple Spice Junction Cincinnati Blue Ash — Restaurant in Blue Ash

I am from Michigan and order from Apple spice in Michigan all the time. I am Here in Ohio for procedures my son is having. I ordered Food to be delivered to the hospital for me because I cant leave. They charged my card and I was able To pick a specific time slot. A rep calls me after I’ve already placed my order saying I’ll have to go and pick it up because they can’t accommodate the time I placed it for. Yet, it allowed me to book that time for delivery on the site. Keep in mind, this was at 9am for an in advance delivery at 2pm. She basically said they can only deliver when they are in that area or with other large orders… well they need to update their site to reflect this. And it sounds like if it isn’t a large order they aren’t willing to accommodate you. My card was charged over $30 and i have To wait for that money to come back on my card in which i need all My money with me being off work for my sons procedures. She placed me on hold to say that she couldn’t help me and my bank will issue the money back. Huge waste of time. Hopefully they can be able to update their site or maybe not charge the card until they can confirm the order for others...

I have used quite a few local restaurants for catering at my workplace and Apple Spice Junction is hands down Outstanding! We needed boxed lunches for a group of 55 employees at a corporate event. Apple Spice was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't really sure what would be a good mix of sandwiches for my group, so Dana very patiently walked me through my options and helped us place the perfect order.
