First of all I would like to say that Grovetown Chick-fil-A is not only the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to in my life but it is the most passionate, professional, loving store I have ever met. I live in Grovetown Georgia and I was here before the store was even built. Actually meeting and getting to know the owner of this establishment who is a great and caring man for not only the store but all of its employees and its customers. I would love to give a shout out to the entire management team Lori, Mallory and everyone else whose names I could not mention we love you all so much. Tonight really was even icing on the cake, because I had surgery and at 10 o’clock when the store close thing that I literally left the hospital and got off medication for my surgery they actually had a meal prepare for me and my wife I’m literally in tears right now and I am man enough to admit when the emotional side of me comes out it is very rare but in this review it should’ve Ben 10 stars and there are no words that I can express but this location is a blessing and it really makes Grovetown really big Grovetown without dislocation I don’t think Grovetown could honestly say that it has the best restaurant in CSRA. Sorry for the long message but every employee at this location is beautiful every manager at this location is exceptional and the ownership is just amazing God bless you love...
Read moreLet me just start off by saying I’m a Chick-fil-A platinum member, meaning I eat a whole lot of Chick-fil-A. However, I will not be returning to this location EVER again. I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru because my food was not ready yet, and I explained to the guy that I did not want to because the last two times I did I was forgotten about. Instead of addressing my concern, the employee then threatened to call the police on me because apparently sitting in the drive through waiting on your food you just paid $40 for is a “fire hazard” (& apparently it’s their “policy”)…..maybe the fire marshal should pay them a visit if this is the case. I then asked to speak to the manager who wasn’t much better herself in handling the situation. In the time they spent arguing with me to pull up, my food was ready and sitting on the counter. To top the whole visit off, they were out of lemons (because no one wanted to cut them), the grilled chicken was tough, and they didn’t give us utensils to eat with. There were PLENTY of employees inside working that day and absolutely no reason their operation shouldn’t have been running smoother. Poor management and lack of leadership at this location is a problem for sure. Not to mention poor customer service skills. The last thing you do is threaten a customer, not the first. Definitely not the quality I expect from a...
Read moreI came through the drive thru of this location for the first time and I've grown very accustomed to the nice workers who stand outside and take orders on the tablets but when I rounded the corner I saw a female employee standing in the drive through in front of the drive thru window. She was taking food from the window and handing it to the people in their cars. I find this to be absolutely bizarre. When I pulled up to the window (I paid cash) I had to park pretty far from the window since this woman was standing in the drive thru lane. I handed her my money and then she turned around to hand my money to the employee at the window, then the employee handed her my change and she turned around and handed it to me. It's ridiculous. The window was in perfect working order so there's no reason for me to not be able to pull up to it normally. The craziest part was the food for the car behind me was ready first so she grabbed it and took it to them, but then my food was ready and I was maybe 5 feet from the window so I couldn't even reach my food and had to wait for her to come back to hand it to me. This is absolutely nuts. Just let me pull up...
