when making an appointment for my husband and I to have a diabetic exam we were assured there would no charge for this type of exam. I specifically ask if there would be any other charges and was told no. When leaving our appointment we were told there was a $70 co-pay which we paid. Later we each received in the mail a new patient charge of $93.81 which we were never informed of. Also the doctor was unpleasant and urged me to have cataracts taken off and wouldn’t even update my prescription, but after a second opinion I was told they weren’t that bad and received new prescription and glasses.
