If I could give no stars I would 😠 Don't ever go in this store! I went in to get a new phone for my husband and the manager (Haley) said well it's your lucky day because we have a BOGO special going on where you buy one and get one free. I didn't need a new phone but since it was free I thought what the heck. I get my bill and I see where I'm being charged for my phone and verizon online customer service said I needed to add another line to get the phone free. Haley never mentioned that in the store! But now on my bill it shows where she added a line and then took it off so there for I have to pay for my phone now. And when I go in to discuss it she goes in the back and makes another smart mouth employee "try" to help me. Needless to say I didn't get any answers from them about why they added and then took off a line. So now I'm stuck paying $830 for a phone! I will never go back in that store!....this is my reply to the store....I have called that number and selected option #4 and it just connects me with Verizon customer service...and I've already talked to them 4 times about this problem with no solution! So the owner's response to my review is useless!!! They reply to reviews acting like their trying to help but it's a joke! Beware...

When I say that she took her time explaining all the many phones and thier features vs pro's & cons of each one and what may better suit us on a data plan....SHE IS AWESOMENESS in a Verizon uniform 💯 After it was all said and done, we both had new phones, cases, and screen protectors ...oh and let us not forget the ROCKZ fast chargers that we were also graced with. WITHOUT TELLING ME, they put me on a sub account with an unpaid balance on the primary line which I was never informed about, nor did I receive bills or texts alerting me that I had a balance due. After a few months, I got a notice from a collection agency. I had no idea how I had a collection when I clearly still had service. Went to this branch who caused all the problem and was told by both the store manager and service person that it was not their problem and I would have to contact corporate. Made no effort to fix this. I ended up paying a collection agency and having my credit ruined by these jerks.
