Bubba Ritos — Restaurant in Boaz

I have been a die hard bubba fan for years. I could eat it 100 times a week I swear. But lately it’s been so disappointing each time I’ve been. Went tonight and it was a bunch of younger adults. There was hardly anything to choose from. (The rice cooker is apparently broken, which i understand) but there was barely any meats to choose from or toppings. So much stuff was out. We came around 6:30. Not only was there hardly anything to choose from the customer service was very awkward. I am not even sure they were trained to know what they are doing or if they was just being super goofy. I work in the food industry as well and I know first hand teenagers can be kinda goofy at work. But not taking care of customers and acting like they have no clue what’s going on isn’t great for the business. I have zero clue who was even in charge. What options we had to choose from was either very dry or very cold. Our food was $25 and was very mediocre. I hope things get better soon! Bubba ritos...

I'm here from IL and came for this, we come here every time. When we were in there April Wise was helping us and there was six people in line, she was so efficient and fast. I was not happy with the other staff for sure though poor girl is asking for rice and was being ignored so she had to go get it so could add to the customers food. Was asking for Tortillas and had to ask several times. No excuse for that when you can see 3 people sitting in the back. Finally 1 comes out and starts sweeping even though April is taking care of a full line alone. Should be done with multiple people, I have been here before and it wasn't like this before. If staff can't help and 1 person has to do everything people will stop coming that is for sure. Please fix this. I still gave a 5 star but this issue should be addressed. I have family that lives here and I am having them go back and check again another time and if it continues I will change this review...

Love Bubba Ritos, probably been to this location 30 times. Might’ve been to the one in Guntersville more than that. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but the customer service has gotten so bad at this location. One lady in there acts rude frequently. Been out of rice or said they’ve been out of rice 3 times recently, which is one of the main ingredients in my opinion. And then rude when you ask about how long it will take to cook. The food is good, no knock there, just feel like they don’t want you to be there. If this only happened once I wouldn’t even be leaving a review because I like I previously said I don’t hardly ever leave reviews anywhere and try to give people in customer service benefit of the doubt. I will be leaving a 5 star review on the bubba Ritos in Guntersville, they at least act like they want your business. If you can, just go...
