Let me start with the customer service. Only way to define it is exceptional. Very welcoming when you enter the store! Chase was great and very accompanying. Let us try every configuration possible without pressuring us at all. We left the store wanting to look into all options and talk it over, especially since we were in the middle of looking for a new place to live and didnt want to have the mattress shipped just to be moved again. Chase kept in contact with me throughout the months and keeping me updated on any new sales. Finally come Labor Day, we were ready to purchase. When we came back he remembered us and everything we wanted. Got it ordered and then came the delivery. Once they had the items in stock, we got the notification that it was ready for delivery. They contacted us for the best timing and then it was on the way. They setup everything fast and smooth and even took away our old mattress. Also want to make a shout out to the store manager Michael as well! He was super helpful and even helped me by honoring a discount on another pillow after the purchase when I had changed my mind and wanted 2 instead of 1. Overall excellent all around. I wanted to share my amazing experience with Steve and Nicole at the Boca Town Center Casper Store. From my very first call, Steve’s friendly and humble demeanor stood out and was the main reason I decided to make the drive up to Boca. I called multiple times to ask about their hours, pricing, and even parking details to find the closest spot to the store. Each time, Steve was patient and helpful.

When I arrived, Steve greeted me warmly, making me feel comfortable and under no pressure at all. He took the time to ask about any concerns or specific needs I had for my mattress. I mentioned my back issues, and he expertly narrowed down the choices to two great options—and he was right! The process was seamless, and Nicole joined in to assist with finalizing my purchase.

A few weeks later, I decided to upgrade to a larger mattress. Nicole made this transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. She immediately addressed my request, coordinating delivery and pickup efficiently. Her assistance was outstanding!

Okay so I am late on my review. However, I have had the mattress for a month now and let me say that I am in love. First if all the associates at the store were amazing. They made the purchasing process wonderful, they even played with my son who was running around (he is 2 years old). They were incredibly patient, wonderful and inviting. They gave me their honest opiniones on the mattress but didn't push me towards a mattress I may not have wanted. Ultimately, I purchased the king snow mattress with the ajustable frame. It is worth every penny to get that frame. The mattress itself has been fabulous 👌. It is just the right of firmness and also it may feel soft It actually provides incredible support in the right places. Add the lumbar adjustment from the frame and you are golden. The snow mattress was a perfect choice for my husband who runs hot as a furnace at night. Definitely visit the store here they will treat you right. ^_^ thanks...
