My family and I just shopped at the new Karma and Luck store in the Boca Towncenter Mall. We had an exceptional shopping experience, and I felt compelled to share our experience right away.

We were greeted by a salesperson named Olivia. Olivia was professional, knowledgeable, and warm. She shared facts about crystals, as well as about the brand, while showing my young children kindness and patience (which is invaluable to a mother shopping with kids).

Had a great buying experience in Boca. Excellent customer service, beautiful items, and I love the way they packaged my purchases / gifts! I wanted to purchase more items and tried to call to be sure an item was in stock, there was not a store phone #, so I tried numerous was to get in touch via phone and e-mail… no response no call back. (Left 3 voicemails and 2 emails). I drove one hour to Aventura mall, only to find that location closed for inventory. I’m a HUGE FAN of Karma and Luck. The store has some of the coolest jewelry and spiritual gifts including astrology signs. Marlene and the entire team at the Boca location are simply eccentric and very caring people who go out of their way to ensure that their customers have the most positive experience possible. I am a very grateful and appreciative customer who values their willingness to help.
