Läderach — Local services in Boca Raton

I've been a global customer of this brand for the past 3 years - inside and outside of the United States and even prior to them launching their US presence. Tonight, I was blatantly marginalized, disregarded and devalued as a customer that is specifically a woman of color. My in process transaction was abruptly and intentionally halted to for a rude and obnoxious customer that the Laderach customer representative deems to have superior social status based on their race and mine. When I called the behavior out to the Laderach Customer Service Representative named "Jahlancy", she became highly defensive and beyond rude while doubling down on her willful decision to subject myself and my family to different and inferior treatment. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Within five minutes of the Shift Leader admitting that the behavior that was caught on camera was not the desired behavior to represent the brand, the Shift Lead and the Customer Service Representative were celebrating, laughing and joking having a grand time with absolutely no regard for the attack and pain the representative had inflicted upon myself and my family. It was all one big joke and therefore we must assume an acceptable practice by the brand and an easily repeatable offense.

Rest assured, I shall never spend another dollar nor euro with the Laderach brand anyway at the fault of the staffers at this...

I don't usually write reviews but after my experience at this store, I just had to. I've been shopping at Town Center for as long as I can remember, but somehow never noticed this little gem of a store tucked right next to Bloomingdale's. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and even offered a taste of their chocolate. A sweet young girl, Katarina, explained everything about how the store works, walked me through their amazing selection of pre-packaged chocolates, and made the whole experience so welcoming. (And let me just say, this staff definitely knows how to talk you into taking some home. No complaints from me!) She let us try a few more flavors and even recommended one of her favorites, which ended up being a huge hit when I brought it home to my husband. I've since returned a few times because now my family insists we always have some of this chocolate at home. The chocolate speaks for itself (it's absolutely amazing) but the service makes it even better. I love this store and always stop by for some chocolate. Today however, I had horrible service. There was a young African American girl with pink braids who was preoccupied with giving her co-worker a sample than helping paying customers. The co-worker already had a sample tray in hand so this piece was simply for her to enjoy. I don't mind this but I do mind that the girl stopped assisting me to give her co-worker a snack. She was very disengaged and seemed annoyed when I asked for several different pieces of chocolate (not samples just to purchase). She then proceeded to pass me off to another employee without making me aware that she was doing so. She also bagged all of my chocolate together. I've never had any other Läderach store do this so I wasn't too happy about the potential of the flavors merging. The staff at the Galleria Mall is much nicer and helpful, I'd go there if it's a...
