BRWARE Absolutely awful business. NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD, I was in there July (first week) bought several appliances, a new fridge, new washer/dryer combo and new washer dryer set for my daughter and her family, my two items (fridge was coming in thru didn't even call to tell me it was there, pathetic but I got mine scheduled for delivery, but not the washer dryer set they had in the warehouse at the time (holding for my daughter), I paid for everything and they REGGIE WAS told the set would need to b held till mid August prior to purchasing (was told that was not a problem by Reggie) as that's when my daughter was moving into her home with her, her husband and 3 very young boys. They, REGGIE. told us the set (brand new) was there in warehouse and to call when they move in and they would deliver, paid everything in full. Now the time had come to delivery their set and guess what, they don't have them and won't for possibly for week or later cuz they didn't have the set anymore I BOUGHT MONTH PRIOR!!! Reggie told us it would b there when we were ready for delivery approx 16th Aug, even told them do not sell it but they don't have it now, some BS story. Now my daughter and grandchildren will not have a washer and dryer in their new house. (As any parent knows with 3 boys under 5 you can't not have a washer and dryer) apparently till they get another shipment. I'm furious, I should have listened to all the people that said East Coast Appliance will screw you, well they did!!!!!! Totally unacceptable, they were supposed to call me back today, promised they would and they did not!! If I could I would return the appliances I even bought and had delivered and get my money back for All 4 appliances!!! AND NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, next time I will take others advice, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. BUYERS BEWARE, THEY ACT ALL NICE WHEN UR THERE BUT IT'S OBVIOUS THEY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I'm mad at myself for not listening and them for being a horrible business with smart ass reps! Talked to me rudely and my daughter when called. I will stick to big companies for now on! Could've got the same items at home depot same prices, less hassle and they wouldn't have sold or got rid of a Set PiAID for already! Absolutely unacceptable! Read moreDefinitely caught off guard by all the 5 star reviews. I would only recommend delivery/install services if you have someone who can be home all day every day, not just the day of delivery.

Scheduling for delivery and install was 2 weeks out, despite working from home 3 days a week we couldn't get it scheduled for a day that I work from home because that would extend another week. Agreed to run home when they called and just take my lunch at the time.
I didn't receive my previous evening 3 hour window. I called and requested it morning of. I was told 2:30-5:30. The majority of the day my anticipated delivery time was 4PM according to the delivery tracker. So, I headed home around 4. The minutes ticked by. The expected time to arrive just kept getting later and later. Around 7:30 PM the driver texts me saying they are running late, but are still coming, but would be willing to reschedule for the next day if I'd prefer. I responded with due to my work schedule I'd really rather have it tonight, if possible. He responded that he would call when he was on his way. I watched the tracker drive right by my house and likely to their home since the tracker didn't move for over 12 hours. I stayed up because I heard nothing else. At 10PM I asked if they were still coming because I needed to get to bed. Nothing.
The paperwork very clearly says if you aren't there to receive it you lose the $160? Delivery fee and have to pay it again for redelivery. Not really sure what to do I stayed up a little later waiting for a return text. Nothing. At midnight I texted I was going to bed.
It was around 6AM when he texted me back as was able to deliver the next morning.... forcing me to call into work. The install itself was fine, but when I called to speak to someone about what had happened I was offered some dishes washer cleaner for my troubles. I did scoff at that and was then offered a 10-year warranty.
Communication is poor. Delivery/Install process is terrible. Appliance seems fine. Will not purchase...
Read moreI am basing this review solely on the experience I had after I was suppose to receive the installation of my dishwasher between 830am-1130am. After confirming via email and continuing to check the tracker it showed that the installation would be later. When I checked again, it showed the installer was at stop 4( mind you, I was stop 2). I called the number provided in case you have questions and spoke to Charles. He wasn’t much help so he put me on with a manager and I explained to the manager that I didn’t understand the disconnect with my phone number when I had just received the delivery of my refrigerator (same establishment). They were able to contact me with no issues. After asking him why the driver didn’t contact the store if there was an issue with my number, he says the driver did and he(the manager) tried to email me but there was an error with my email address but this can’t be true because I had just confirmed my phone number with the assistant mgr Myranda on Jan 1st. At this point I am very upset and a bit out of character but at least I didn’t curse anyone out. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t be when you have been waiting all day and it only takes a matter of seconds to make communication with someone instead of doing the total opposite. He then tells me, he can get me rescheduled and I say for the next day and not a week later. He says that I am the second person for the next day and that the driver would call me the morning of with a 3 hour window of when he will arrive. I asked for an email confirmation and he kept saying to me, okay maam, it’s for tomorrow. Like he didn’t give any cares and it didn’t make a difference that they messed up. I was at home waiting to receive my appliances so why treat me as if I was the one in the wrong when all they had to do was call to begin with. This is completely unacceptable. I guess we will see what happens...
