I give this location 3 stars only because of mixed experiences but for the most part the staff that I’ve encountered has been either condescending in assistance or quite dismissive in assistance. I usually do not like to name call but in this case I will give credit where credit is due and call out those who could use a few opportunities in improvement:
5/5 stars to the 2 employees on 7/3 who stood out and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Melissa who was working (cleaning) diligently and still took time to notice me and thus invitingly greet me. Did she cheese super hard? No, in fact she didn’t smile at all but her eyes told me she read my face expression and she wanted to help and make it better and so she did. I state that to say that as a CSR, I understand that you all too are human and sometimes a smile of hard to force but we can still be serious and assist someone without making them feel bothersome while trying to get our jobs done. Thank you for taking the initiative to stop what you were doing to make my coffee, Melissa.
I did not see his name but a huge thank you to the tall cashier with the whacky sense of humor. I was on an important call at the time & was unable to acknowledge it but in hindsight it goes a very long way and I’d like you to keep being you, no matter who walks in and dismisses your comical kindness. You both are loved because of your mere human and especially your efforts.
To the remaining front line kitchen staff dragging their feet this morning: GET OVER IT OR GET OUT OF THE WAY! You have a job. Sit down and humble yourself and take pride in the work you do ESPECIALLY when working the morning shift because whether you want to accept it or not, you have a hand in setting off the course of hundreds of people’s day. I can name a few people who would love to have your job if you don’t care to take it seriously, myself included.
To Ashlee: please consider fixing your face and tone when speaking with guests. “What about it?” is not the proper way to ask a paying customer about their inquiry. People will forget what you say and what you do but they will rarely forget how you make them feel. Making me feel like a burden for asking you to do your job is certainly not a habit you want to develop if you’d like to keep it. You’re far too pretty to settle for a resting b*tch face. You love, are ESPECIALLY loved.
To management: please, consider the seriousness of this review. I come here often and I am always...
Read moreFirst I went to the cashier and she was attending a customer and I was the last one and she closed the counter when it was my turn to pay so I took it easy and went to get some gum when I came back my milk was there and the sign of the counter was there saying that it was closed then when other people came she opened the counter and started attending other customers and after she she finished with the customer on front of me hen when I came up I said I was first because my milk was there no you weren’t first because I had my register closed so I said ok then I went back to the end of the line then i went to another cashier because that one was being so disrespectful and rude when I went to the other cashier he rang me up and didn’t give me my change or give me the receipt then I told him to give me my receipt and he gave me all my change and the receipt previously I told him I wanted 30 dollars on a pump when I went back to the pump it wasn’t working because he didn’t activate the pump so I went back to him and told why wasn’t it working then he said that he activated it so then I went back and it didn’t work again so there were playing games with me and made me waste my time then I went back and told him it wasn’t working AGAIN and he told me that that pump wasn’t working and I knew he was lying and playing games when I turned my back he and his fellow cashier were laughing and making fun of me then he told me to go to pump 18 so I moved and FINALLY it worked and I filled up my car, after all this I believe they should learn to respect the customer and know that the customer is always right and also to be removed from that store I went to Wawa on December 14 at 9 pm store number 6639071 register 12 cashier Shaun this cashier was disrespectful and unpolite they should be removed from the store I always get my gas at Wawa and sometimes get other stuff here and I’ve never seen anyone as rude, disrespectful, disgusting people but after this I feel as if I never want to come here...
Read moreEvery now & then I would stop by this WaWa because it's conveniently near my office but this past Friday was the last straw for me. I came in for an energy drink then went to self service because it's only one item. I proceeded to pay with my debit card but it said declined so I tried again & it went through. I went back to my vehicle & saw on my personal phone that I was charged $3.17 twice on my banks app. I went back inside to the only cashier who was available. I explained what had happened & I could tell that she didn't care considering the line was piling up. I even showed her my bank account as proof of being charged twice so she printed out a receipt telling me that they only charged me once. She even questioned if I bought something else. Nevermind that I was charged twice & you can clearly see on my bank that it happened one minute apart. She told me to check with my bank like it's their fault. I checked with my bank & they told me that WaWa should've credited my money back. This location is real janky with people loitering around begging for money outside & they never seem to be fully staffed with one cashier during the lunch rush. The lady at the cash register seems to care more about trying to entertain people with her covid mask on. I will never go to that WaWa location ever again & I'm pretty sure that cashier is reading this so you've won I...
