Purchase was easy enough. Salesperson was helpful. We purchased a full kitchen set. The delivery processes are completely broken relative to scheduling, expectations setting, dealing with issues that arise, etc. Any issue that arises, you have to go through the salesperson. So if they are busy selling more product and you have a delivery issue, get in line and wait until the sales rep can get back to you.
Range - Delivery team did not install the supplied anti-tip device for the range, but went to the extent to remove the existing one â a major safety and code issue. Also they did not level the unit and had to come back days later.
Refrigerator - showed up damaged and had to be returned. These things happen. No replacements available from them for a month, but we found one at Lowe's and had it installed 2 days after ordering.
Dishwasher - The purchased install kit for the dishwasher wasn't delivered â not an issue, these things happen. When I called to have someone bring one out the next day, the response I was given was to come pick it up myself.
Microwave â no issue but we had a contractor install it.
For a company that sells, delivers, installs and supports appliances for a living, this has not been a good experience. (Truly hope the service department shines if/when we have to place a service callâŚ)

   Read moreMy first BSA experience was excellent! Walked in expecting to be greeted with a pushy sales man but to much surprise it was completely opposite. There was a very nice & bubbly young lady at a desk who welcomed me & asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her just a washer. She pointed to where they were and I was on my way. No one followed me or hounded me like those obnoxious sales people! What a waste pleasant surprise. I looked around for a good solid 7 min then asked a question to a friend of mine who tagged along, this prompted a woman named Sally to get up and ask if I had any questions. I did, a few! And she was quick to reply. Sally was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to me making my selection. She guided me based on my own personal needs for this washer. She answered all of my questions without hesitation & really knew what she was talking about. Much to my surprise the prices of the machines were very close to the prices at Lowes & Home DepotâŚif not the same price! This BSA is right by my work so I walked over to see the options because Iâm visual and looking online wasnât cutting it. Truthfully, I had every intention on looking for one, finding it and buying it at either Lowes or Home Depot. BUT based on my experience while there I quickly changed my mind. I was happy to not only give Sally my sale but also to make my first purchase at BSA. So happy, that I even decided to make it a matching set and ended up purchasing a new dryer also!

   Read moreI absolutely love Bill Smith's appliances. Now that should be an explanation point explanation point explanation point I have one specific salesman that I deal with Johnny. Johnny used to be in the fort Myers store or I first met him and start first starting dealing with him and I've been dealing with Johnny probably about 18 years. Never once was I disappointed they go above and beyond their customer service is out of this world you are not going to get customer service like you do from Bill Smith's. When they say to you this is what it's going to be and when it's going to happen it actually does oh my god really when was last time you had that happen to you. This is why I will only deal with Bill Smith for appliances and I will only deal with Johnny because Johnny has known me for years and I will not deal with anybody but him so Johnny please don't ever retire because if you do I don't know what I'm going to do my friend you're amazing you truly are and I tell everybody if you need appliances just call Johnny unfortunately I don't know if they have or not however I always will thanks to Johnny.
